Passionately Laissez-Faire

I love doing things without any aim Meandering walks, bending rules of a game Writing poetry down without any plan Having a laugh just because I can Strolling through a gallery not knowing what's there Setting off late as if I haven't got a care Believing that stars will align just in time Quite confident that mostly things will be just fine Seeing a band I've not heard of before Pushing when the sign says pull on the door Checking I'm resourceful by taking a chance Not following recipes, just a cursory glance "That's lucky" I say when things just work out I aim to be organised, but that remains in doubt

I admire your willingness to be Laissez-Faire. I've never been comfortable being that way...In some ways I'm your opposite...have a passion for organization and planning. What works for one person doesn't work for another. Embrace what works for you...that's where your soul and passion reside. Best wishes for a great weekend, Sara

Certainly nothing wrong with being spontaneous. Driving in the ruts only gets one stuck in the mud:) Nice write, DD.

There's an outside chance I'll be organised one day... Thanks for your comment, I'm also passionate about cherry flavoured sweets and drinks but it didn't quite turn into a poem so went with what fell out of my pen, obviously :)

AH, to meander, to roam aimlessly, to think things never thought of before, to chuckle not knowing why, to have people wonder ..."what's wrong with that kid?" Worry, DD, just rolling you amid the Laissez and the Faire

There's only concern about my ability to get through doors, the rest works out fine. I've been walking into the same doors for over 10 years (maybe people sneak in and change the hinges - haha)
