Occam's Razor
It enters uninvited
like the silence that suffers
between mountains
just there - before the dawn
holding the darkness
in the weight
of raw space
it enters uninvited
impressing upon me
the heaviness of the sea
hungry sheens of madness
swallowing sound
into verdant bliss
beneath the twisting glass
it enters uninvited
in like a bullet
sweeping hair
into tangles of cold fire
the pantheon of solitude
under deep stones
heavy as a prayer
still - it enters uninvited
eating words
ink and water
translucent in the mind’s sky
particles of blue
protest the oblivion
and all that is dust
by god! therein
