My Dear Life

Suddenly, On a preoccupied day Life is frowning Life is snickering Taking about, Incoherence of life All that spooked me in the night. A sort of disorientation Gulping me overtime Where is my happiness? Are they buried? My head is heavy I feel drowsy Reluctant to talk This time is lingering. No! No! Let me arise Leave the rathole Cross the outskirts Soaring my hand Towards this world Hooting, chasing My dreams Can't be nostalgic When my zero-hours are flying. On this occurrence Someone chirped, Life needs to be tended Before it is just a relic. ----My Dear Life By Sara Tasnia

Thanks for sharing this. Welcome to Poetry Soup. I welcome you with the love of the Lord, expressed by John 3:16 of the Bible, "For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life." The Lord's blessings be with you.
