Kitty Mama Under Quarantine
Covid – 19 pandemic happened, went on quarantine
Daily life with the kitty boys became quite a scene
Every day I sound like a broken record
Trying to keep peace between the kitty horde
Two times a day, I shout stop scratching the couch
I try to move them & their nail hits my hand, ouch
Five times a day, I shout quit chewing on your brother’s ear
The kitty hissing is so loud that I can barely hear
Six times a day the boys cry for just one more treat
How much their tummies can hold is quite a feat
So many cat toys all over the floor
Cleaning them up is quite a big chore
Finding hairballs every morning
Puts our footsteps on cautious warning
Uh oh, someone just stole a pizza crust
Laughing so hard my gut is about to bust
Daily life with the kitty crew
Always means something new
My life has turned into a zoo
