The Devil's Alarm

On a moonlit night he saw her,
a vision of beauty unlike any
he had seen on his many walks.

Her sheer gown swayed in the
evening breeze as her hair danced.

Her poised and voluptuous figure
made his heart race like a stallion
on an open field; it craved her!

She glanced over her shoulders,
a sublime smile signaling a welcome.

He began his journey towards her,
eager to be embraced by this nymph;
but his quest was abruptly ended
when awakened by the devil's alarm.
