Narcissistic Cliche
Living in a world that seems to judge
Lie, cheat and commit other horrid acts
Such as murder, rape and theft
I remember when people judged
The book by its cover, now the title gets judge before seeing the book nor it's cover
Humanity mock and ridicule
Before even saying "hi"
A greater solicitude for being beheard.
Than making amity and yet
People are still more concerned
About fashioning their money
Goodness is better than beauty?
Seldomly, yeah! Look's and physique are more cherished than inner beauty and reposedness
It all feels putrid
Like having intentional macabre
But they still try to refute the truth
They prey on the weak and innocent
Judging those that don't look fleek nor decent
But encourage their oppressors
If they are part of the successors
Condemning what they do not understand
fazed by their maliciousness but
Its like heightened sense of guidance
Without their "Bad" how would
I know what "Good" is?
I get, I know
It's hard accepting someone today
When they betrayed you yesterday
susceptible to the everyday materialistic lifestyle
We can only hope and pray for those
Who choose "that customs"
Darkness lacketh virtue but the
Dawning always lightens the dismal
