Joshua got a buzz
Joshua the cat became too fat and so his fur began to mat. He was no longer able to properly preen and dependent on me to keep himself clean. I'd brush him out most every day but couldn't keep those mats away. I wanted the mats to be gone, so I brought Josh to a pet salon. The groomer asked if I wanted a buzz and I said yes, just because...I thought the buzz would be on his back and cover a small insignificant track. When we got home to my surprise, my twelve year old cat I didn't recognize. The groomer had left his face alone but buzzed his body to the bone. His four feet now look like he's wearing muffs, his tail has a tip like a lion's tuft. Samantha the kitten keeps acting neurotic. She's hissing at Joshua, who now looks exotic. My brown tiger cat is now void of fur but in spite of his circumstances still manages to purr!
