Best Intentions

Nobody can be absolutely good, Nobody on earth is devoid of flaws, Nobody always does just as he should, If all did, the world would be full of bores, A pack of pussycats without their claws, All of us need our little bit of spice, Even saints, I'm sure, are not always nice, We all get along as well as we can, But forbidden fruit may sometimes entice, Best intentions don't always go to plan.

Thanks, Kim - I don't know, I have no interest in them.

Just read an "honesty" research project where "honest" people continued flipping a coin until they could honestly claim it came up "heads", but many didn't bother to flip at all, just claimed that they did and it came up "heads". My expectations have been lowered! Aloha! Rico

Thanks, Rico - I don't suppose they were too high in the first place!

'Our little bit of spice' -- sage words, Beth, and so true, I'm sure. (Though I would not be one to know, being more 'allspice' than anything else). Pearls of wisdom here. Blessings, Gershon
