Best Intentions
Nobody can be absolutely good,
Nobody on earth is devoid of flaws,
Nobody always does just as he should,
If all did, the world would be full of bores,
A pack of pussycats without their claws,
All of us need our little bit of spice,
Even saints, I'm sure, are not always nice,
We all get along as well as we can,
But forbidden fruit may sometimes entice,
Best intentions don't always go to plan.
