To where I was heading I did not know and couldn’t care less.
I strolled across some fields hoping to find a known place;
Then I felt something behind me, it was menacing and fearless,
I did not know what to do though I did not look at its face.

Without knowing how there it was growling at me;
It was a disgusting revolting being covered in wet moss;
It was part human and part insect with the head of a bee,
I looked passed it to see if I had a chance to escape across.

The vile thing said something which I did not recognise,
It repeated the gibberish words and still, I didn’t move;
Probably because I was scared with those appalling eyes,
It was a terrible situation of which I did not approve.

All of a sudden night changed into day and all was bright;
I was walking tiredly on sand, and nothing else was in sight.
