Harder than I thought it would be - Michael Jordan's Blog

<div align="justify">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; At the end of my first week of school all I can say is WOW! Monday I had my "College and Life Skills class from 8 - 10:20 am, My Algebra Class from 10:30 - 12:00 noon - These two Classes are in Orland which is about 25 min. from my house then I drive to the Main Campus which is about 1hr,from Orland to my English Comp. class which last from 3-5pm. Tuesday I started my homework which took me from 8am until about 6pm to complete.&nbsp; Wednesday I have the same Class schedule as Monday which resulted in the same amount of homework today. Then tonight which is Thursday I have my keyboard class which last from 6-9pm and I have about 6hrs of homework to do tomorrow.<br>&nbsp;&nbsp; Needless to say I'm exhausted but rather&nbsp; proud of how things are going so far.&nbsp; My schedule is 14 units which is two units above full time which is rather hard but I seem to be doing ok. I miss all of you an awful lot and plan to spend the weekend catching up with everyone. It feels so strange to be back out in the world again I'm so used to being alone that I find myself wanting to withdraw back into my comfort zone. I want to thank you all for your encouragement it does mean the world me. <br>&nbsp;&nbsp; For those of you who know Cile Beer her and I have become as close as I reckon two people can be. I just talked with her on the phone yesterday and she is in her home and getting her computer back up and will be returning to us soon. I sure have come to love my Mother Beer she is such a dear soul. Just as soon as I get my yard work and homework done tomorrow I'll be burning then comments up. God Bless you all, MJ<br></div>

Date: 8/28/2009 12:06:00 PM Sounds like quite the busy schedule to me. It is an adjustment to go back to school. I started out as an LPN went back to school after a few years on the job. It is an adjustment but I enjoyed learning again. I would have lost my job a year after I graduated had I not took the plunge. Just take one day at a time.
