Hear ya Say ooh-lah la, lag lag lag la

A deceitful person is a awful character
Dare I say who
to which describes such a charter
who is this that
shares such traits
Spoken as evil and
In such a debates
Calm the shores
When clouds bring rain
She said she did it
If I am to believe such things
the lines are drawn with
a perfected mention
Stand down Bouis'
Stand at attention
Who is the ah-soothing figure

Why I Write

Why I Write


He asks why I write

And I say I must

Because the words, you see

Flow as easy as blood in my veins 

The pen as natural as the air I breathe

Without it, I explain

The maze of my mind couldn't handle it

And I say that my method cannot be taught

I tiptoed near the gulag
This eve of new year.
The gulag
Gagged like a grave yard.

I stooped
And waited.

Midnight
Ungagged the gulag.
I grinned
At the gust of "hapi nu ya!"

'tiz how ya say it

           i like you so much
                 i love you
                    

ya wish'd i did

         the flannelz come
                   out
        cashmere camisole
               

ya can't make th!s sh!t up

Having trouble keeping an active brain 
Is it poetry that's kept me alive
Poetry's a major activity that's filled my void
Ten long years since I retired

Owe my well being to this wonderful site
Anxiously checking my inbox
