Loch Ba

With clouds dispersing above Loch Ba,
to where would we go? And just how far?
We followed the track for more than two hours
listening to birds enjoying the flowers:
meadow pippit, willow warbler
curlew, lapwing and skylarks,
bog asphodel and milkwort,
ragged robin and lousewort,
plenty of pignut and wild thyme.
The remembrance has more value
than contriving a rhyme!
Around us the trees alder and oak
contorted old rowan and birch
all covered in lichen and mosses.
After lunch we returned along the shore
with grebes, geese a raptor and so much more.

ba ba boom

ba ba boom
back to the ocean i go
ba ba boom
it is where i long and need to be
ba ba boom
my heart has calmed, and my conscience is free
ba ba boom
the wave crash medicinally as i listen to oldies with my feet up
ba ba boom
as quiet time comes, i teach myself about simple respect so rarely given
ba ba boom
i wish my Sweets was here to seal the deal
ba ba boom
i say a prayer for her first knee replacement surgery to go well
ba ba boom
i am strong enough to remain faithful for love always brings me home
ba ba boom
back to the real world i go
ba ba boom
i am a greedy man, so i will be back for more by the score

Come soon, at the end of this year,
the new one will follow- with drear
for promises to
change things I will do;
resolve to step up brings on fear!

It seems this is doomed to work out!
I make my list- then, with no doubt
a month may go by
with changes, comply-
but soon after, know I will pout!

My promises all go astray!
I cling to my old standard way
of living my life
with peace and less strife;
my new resolutions soon fray!

As long as I do what I should
instead of now adding “I could.”
Keep doing my best
to meet my own test
not reach for the prize of sainthood!

Ba humbug to changing my thought
to fill a tradition not sought!
Resolve to stay me
like I'm meant to be
as my eighty-four years have wrought!

IN CONSIDERATION OF WHAT WAS NEGLECTED
WE FOUND WAYS THAT BESETS THE NESSECITY OF
OUR URGENCTACY AND NEED
THAT IT MIGHT LACK CONCERN FROM WORDS MENTIONING
WE WRITE TO MAKE SUCH THESE NEEDS APPARENT AND
KNOWN THAT THOSE IN THEIR RESPONSIBLITY AND POSITION
MIGHT BE MORE INCLIMANT TO FIND OUR NEED THEIR CONCERN.
THAT IT MIGHT NOT LACK DETAIL
THAT IT MIGHT NOT LACK PASSION
THAT IT'S NEED IS SEEN AS NESSECITY
AND SUCH YEARNINGS ARE CONSIDERED
IN HONEST AND EARNEST
OUR INATE DESIRE TO FEEL SECURED BY
 ANWSERS OF OUR CONCERNS
THAT EACH RESPONSE MIGHT NOT
VALUE OUR ASKSAKE OR BE SEEN AS DEMAND
MIGHT EACH PERFECT SILENCE THE STRONGHOLD OF MYTHS
THAT MAKE ACHEIVMENT SEEM LESS LIKELY
THAT EACH WORDED ASKING IS SEEN AS COMPLIMENT
NOT INSULTING THE DIGNITY OF IT'S INTENT
THAT IT IS SEEN AS REAL, HONEST AND AUTHENTIC
THEN THAT WE ARE SUCCESSFUL
AND OUR QUERIES AREN'T MISGUIDED FOR US TO BELEIVE
AND FIND THEN TO DISBELIVE

Egyptian artifacts intrigue,
Museum quality so fine
Imagination they besiege,
Sagely seasoned like the best wine,

They fill my heart with love and awe,
Egyptian artifacts so fine,
Love soul stories of ba and ka,
Often inspires me and mine,

Soul-deep into a tomb or mine,
Wishing I could go on a dig,
Egyptian artifacts so fine,
Terrific stories truly big,

Finding a tomb King Tut mighty,
Is the best kind of dream of mine,
Discovering tight and righty,
Egyptian artifacts so fine.

Minions,
           determine little creatures
In the wide screen
That stir lots of trouble with their funny little slurs
Don’t know if they are his or hers
They look like yellow Hot Tamales jelly beans
Wearing little blue bebe overalls
           that are always clean
Tiny little hands and feet
           black gloves and shoes
They are always full of motion
Gargling sounds
           feeling free
Between their little face goggles they wear
Their only difference is one or two big eyes
Excursion to who knows where
Their slapstick-infused shenanigans little Minions
In the spotlight dancing
          Believe me!
That keep the little ones entranced and in their seats
         They wiggle and they giggle
                  when the Minion wants
                                   Ba….na….na!!!
I wonder what they dream
If they drive each other bananas
Determine little creatures
          in the wide screen

                                 Ba….na….na!!!

He knitted her a Sheepish Grin,
tried to pull the wool over her eyes.
The stylish wolf, wearing Sheep's clothing,
virgin wool was his ultimate prize!
But the sheep she was too clever and wise!

What I have made of the wool is a story, I hope you enjoy it!

Poor Ba-Ba Sheep

Poor Ba-ba Sheep

Oh the new year resolution,
That us weak brained types can’t keep:}
To think for ourselves hereafter,
Not be brainwashed like Bo Peep,
Ba ba poor bloody sheep,

Intelligence is subtle,
The thoughts upon ya creep,
I hate to burst ya bubble,
But the rich want to work you cheap,
Ba ba poor bloody sheep,

The greed of the rich is crafty,
Half truths he feeds the sheep,
Put in a figure head,
 whose brain is dead,
Or maybe half a sleep,
Ba ba poor bloody sheep,

Philantrophists are rare today,
Their greed has made them weep,
Try to buy back some SELF goodness, hey,
After robbing a million sheep,
Ba ba poor bloody sheep?

The idiot votes for his master,
Thinks Master a special Sheep,
The voted for one bought and paid for some ,
By some fat rich slug on the cheap,
Ba ba poor bloody sheep,

The moral of the story is,
Don’t think like Ba Ba sheep,
The elected few,
 aren’t controlled by you,
they are owned by a big fat creep,
who wants its way and will not pay,
snorts n snickers in its sleep,
Ba ba poor bloody sheep.

Ba-Ba

Ba-ba

They called him ba and sometimes ba,
The bubba Heenie one,
Caught with a sheep in his ute to keep,
The owner caught him some,
No chops for ba-ba, none

Bells boxing tent saw him fight,
Big bugger thumped someone,
He raised his arms, he won the right,
His pants fell down, dum dum,
Interesting sight ole son,

His doctor ripped a kidney out,
Ba-ba he wasn’t thin
Doctor said he’d get a dozer about,
To put his guts back in,

ole ba-ba had to grin,
the doctors wage won’t come,
the dollars all doubtful in,
an overdraft unsung…

Ba Da Do Ba Bop

Walking down the street,
My anger is boiling,
Put my headphones on,
“I live a Looonely Avenuuee, aaw yes sir” I start to sing

“Cupid, draw back your bow,”
Happiness speeds up the blood in my flow
“Loose yourself in the moment you own it..”
Boys on the basketball court are playing themselves fit,

A little later, driving past Walmart,
“I told you I was trouble, ya know I'm no gooood”
Man..I would've seen her live if I could,
“Chain, chain, chain...chain of fools”
Now we're left with music industries tools,

The one thing I can always rely on to make me smile,
Knowing couple hundred tunes come alive when I twist this dial,
They're so different,
But all the same,
Explaining different kind pain,
Struggles and triumphs everyday
Telling their story just to me,
There's my connection,
That's the way musics' supposed to be

Bakit Nga Ba?

Bakit nga ba, sinta, ako’y iniwan mo?

Ba Di Da U Day (Aka the Phish Song)

So I'm driving down the road the other night
grooving to some phish and I'm feeling alright
Moon on the horizion it's mighty full
clouds rolling what a splendid splendid view

I said ba di da u day

I feel high from that melodie
so sweet now and fully composed
Maybe its the kind now its setting in
as my body begins to dance again

I said ba di da u day

I don't feel much like going home
Make a couple of calls as I'm strolling along
New York city is the place of choice
as i drive all night to the early morning comes

I said ba di da u day
