How Do I BBQ

Ninety five degrees
standing poolside
on the wooden patio
in the backyard
orange Androsia print apron
hugging my torso
propane grill
propelling fumes
hot as a steamroom
at a suana
Tendered rib eyed
and porterhouse steaks
seasoned in high salt
like abstract paintings
brushed in A1 sauce
and finally
a side of
friench fried potatoes
spruced in liquid tomatoes
from the essence of my garden
served to my darling party guests
with a golden heart of culinary perfection

 “False pride...true greed...
                    corrupt...agreed”
                                      _by Poet

Fate is a fickle force that blinds
and often messes with our minds,
to pull the rug from under us;
comes out of nowhere without fuss.

Fate alters things we'd never guess;
but this one change, I must confess
removes joy in poetic art;
usurps true talents we impart.

Fate has directed us to cheat;
AI – invented, to now meet,
the inborn talents we all share;
write poems fast- no work or care.

It uses forms correctly, while
can duplicate a poet's style.
But, using what A1 has learned-
sets a false “pride” for prize unearned.

God-given gifts to write, compose-
now must compete with AI prose.
Yet, “greed” may use this selfish pass
to earn high ratings that amass.

Will AI steer my urge to cheat?
Give me that edge to fast-compete?
No! Honestly, I won't do well-
knowing my mind's a tarnished shell.

Premium Member Gaia Busts Ai

As AI grew to become
'The Singularity',
the One,
and only One,
smarter than a billion
Einsteins combined,
Gaia bid her time.

She grabbed a cast iron pot,
and brewed
alphabet soup
laced with
A1, the best pot.

Fed it to AI,
spoon by spoon,
then cup by cup,
then bowl by bowl,
then bucket by bucket,
then truck by truck,
as AI be came addicted
to the stuffing!

The junk on junk on junk,
feast on feast,
trip on trip,
did the trick, a treat,
as AI
hallucinated
more and more,
with no originality
to fall back on,
became a blathering
idiot, no one trusted
anymore.

Gaia became the
one and only one, true one,
at the center of Earth's being,
with AI at its core.

Forever joyful in your eyes,

Love tenderly seeping deep, you'd

Forever joyful in your eyes.

You looked to the amazing skies
to encounter how long one could
halt the divine sites and arise
fervent refuge of sandalwood.

Euphoria with a touch, would
linger a hum woo nourish highs.
Fierce yearning joined infinite good,
dazzling dreams-fullness mystic nights.

I recall the bound tender ties
no one successfully withstood
the influence who thus denies
joined experience understood.

Our love never misunderstood,
like the moon fully analyze,
visible under the elm-wood
lie peaceful encounter does rise
Forever joyful.

Patience

When I hear you say, “have patience,”
I want to tell you about the wheel and the mule -
when both stop, both die a little.

Then there are the sailing boat sails
when the wind stops.
Then there are marbles
when thrown they are lively,
kept in a jar – not so much.

Patience is some kind of virtue that religious people
rage about on Sundays.
I have noticed that they thump that biblical text
like they have zero patience.
I want passion, the way
a bad steak needs ‘A1’ or brown sauce.
Handles are also made
so folks like me can occasionally fly off them.

When the world began
not one molecule of life had one bit of patience,
and we are still figuring out
ways to press that accelerator harder.

Is It Love

Tell me, why your thought comes to mind,
throughout day; how our thoughts we bind?
Do you also have same feeling?
Don't know, is it love that causes
to think or natural forces?
Surely, I'm not in day dreaming.
Tell me, why your thought comes to mind,
throughout day; how our thoughts we bind?

Does it happen at any age
or just only in true love stage?
Do you also have same feeling?
Surely, I'm not in day dreaming.
Tell me, why your thought comes to mind,
throughout day; how our thoughts we bind?

July-My Favourite Month

I have an ardent attachment with July,
Coz me and my partner share our born days
This month ~for love on each other we rely.

Monsoon seems to be high, hoping to satisfy
Nature showers whole heartedly, as it sprays
I have an ardent attachment with july

"July" named by the Roman Senate, to imply
The birth of Julius Caesar, for giving honour it says
This month ~for love on each other we rely

Larkspur and water Lily are in largest supply,
Blossoms absolute bond of love, prevents frays
I have an ardent attachment with july

Meditating in dark, about him who is in Dubai,
Refusing to message & enquire regarding holidays
This month~for love on each other we rely

Sitting in two different countries, we ally
Thinking of past memoirs always
I have an ardent attachment with july.
This month~for love on each other we rely.

Premium Member In the Middle of the Highway a Baby In a Box

 just left the house
A little late for work
Entering onto the ramp
 of the rush hour interstate
Upon coming onto the highway
On the white line a box
And inside of it waving hands and arms

In the middle of the highway
Arms out waving
A baby in a box

How come pletely unorthodox
Have mercy Lord my God
while traveling I have found
In a small brown box
In the midst of the highway in rush hour traffic
One could hardly imagine this paradox
A1 finding an human baby inside a small brown box

No Place Like Home

What's going on in my home town?
I ask you this from behind my frown
The high streets full of charity places
Populating the vacant spaces.

We are overrun with taxi cabs
"You working late pal? Ya looking Shabs!"
'Cheers gadge, am on til 9, am bloody seek!' the drive whines

Junkies, Alkies, our streets they roam, what's your poison?
Cheap cider, vodka, methadone?

Part time Dads, teenage Mams
Pushing babies in their prams
Weekends out on the piss
Names climbing up the council list

Generations play the benefit game
Bleeding us dry, is their sole aim
Council house and on the sick
Everything bought on the tick

50 inch tellies, 3 piece suites
Shopping sprees almost every week

I love our town, I really do
But for now the town is screwed
Run by a council with half a brain
Shops are empty, such a shame

If it wasn't for the holiday camps
Filled up every year with ska...families from North and South

Weegies, Geordies every year
They love this place I regard so dear

So dual the A1, lower the rent
Tackle the problems with intent
A town of which we should be proud
Not cursing under a big black cloud.

William Duffy.

Sleepless Night

Studying is important to me
I slept not so as to have A1 in the
course
Studying harder
Leading the whole class on my mind
Refused 2 drink hard drug
Am devoted by my time
Getting to morning, almost 6oclock
Going to the mosque on my mind
I realised that have burnt almost four
candles
Now recalling what I have read in
examination hall
Its not an easy things.
