Blimey, The postman Brought Me A Doorstop

Well, I got a ring on my doorbell... two rings in fact. I guessed it was the postman with the new anthology. With no sign of the postman, I guessed he'd gone for a sit down after delivering what might have been a couple of house bricks, but was, indeed said tome. A smashing piece of word art that I shall enjoy perusing... once I've finished using it as a weightlifting aid. Tiny, tiny niggle, left margin of left page (even pages) slightly too small... or maybe I'm just slightly too fussy. Anyway, I'm chuffed to have it and chuffed to be in it alongside so many well respected Soupers. Right, I'm off to reinforce my bookcase! Terry

Terry, I love your humor, gosh it must be a hefty book, not sure my bookcase can take another heavy book, sounds like it will take awhile to get through also, my copy is on the way from Amazon Canada, suppose to be delivered on Friday ~ friendship and poetry _Constance

LOL!! I laughed out loud at the title of your blog Terry! :) I received mine this morning. Amazon van's front wheels were in the air as it stopped outside my house. The anthology must have been in the back! :) I like it that the authors' names are now by the title of the poem (unlike the first volume when names followed the poem) Cheers - Gary
