Quite a Handful

I bought loads of fruit with my chums But I was all fingers and thumbs I went all shades of red When I dropped some and said Hey lady, would you grab my plums?

Thanks, Jan. For me right now, it could only be plums. Reference my comment on your plum poem and my reply to Ilene (below) and you’ll see why. Terry

Thanks, Ilene. I’ve gathered two wheelbarrowfuls of plums from my plum tree today. Mostly for the bonfire because every year the wasps stick their little baby wasps inside them… yuk. So for this contest… it just had to be plums!
