Love Like the Stars Repost

Love like the stars

                                              You are my bright star
                                                illuminating my dark

                                        If not for your love light shining
                                          I would be lost inside my self

                                          Your smile lights up my world
                                    and it twinkles, as it falls into my soul

                                                      Your wonders,
                                           are a multitude like the stars
                                                connecting all the dots
                                                  that make me whole

                                             You are love's constellation
                                                   my true consolation

                                                       My world turns
                                                and gravitates towards 
                                                      your love's light

                                              Your love is like the stars
                                             that give hope to lost souls
                                                       on stormy seas

                                         May your love light  keep shining
                                                    shining down on me.
