Life is war....
we go to battle every single day,
feeling more and more like castaways,
in this ever churning sea

with each new day bringing calamity,
this world keeps messing with our sanity
till we can't take anymore

each battle we have won...

Lost and stranded in a mental maze
Strafing bullets through the purple haze
letting in a ray of sun

wondering if this is what's meant to be
or is there changing one's own destiny
to bring joy to everyone
