Tranquil waters beyond dusk
When she does not cry.

stretched chords groan and snag my heart
leaving me composed.

In Her Tiny Hands

.

                                             in her tiny hands
she takes my chin and smiles —
                                             two diapers

                                         with ......... wholesome cleansing
