this is perhaps one of my favourite contests, sweet soupers, as i felt
emotionally connected with you all through those special, fleeting moments dearly shared by everyone... my heart  melted more than i could ever  admit...

i was drawn  to poems which were of a different voice , or what i found unusual, or well-crafted... the deciding factor was  how  the poets  transformed , gained new
meaning  from this brief experience...

thank you for allowing me to be part of your world...i am pleased with everyone’s beautiful works; they  are all treasures!...

the winners were chosen based on creative guidelines provided... allow me to  present a special citation to dr. ram mehta  for his splendid than- bauk piece, and to giorgio v. whose poem was posted but disappeared from the page...

outstanding work, everyone!.. my heartfelt applause is yours!... till my next contest which is now on-going... check it out!...

you all  gave me so much to savor and for this, i am truly grateful!

again, sweet CHEERS to winners and participants!

Hi Nette. Best wishes to you! I see that in your ad for your latest contest, "WITH THESE HANDS", you are requesting entrants to state their names. Most of the other ads do not require inclusion of the entrants' names. I have written Poetry Soup on this matter. Here is their response: "We agree with you. Asking for names brings into question the validity of the contests. However, the sponsor of the contest makes the rules, not PoetrySoup. Frankly. we would not enter those contests. Some sponsors state explicitly "NO NAMES" in their ads. I shall be grateful if you can post on your blog, your reason for requesting names. Thank You!
