My child, nightfall can be quite enticing
when the trail of moonglow begins to set ;
a lustrous hour could bring you to a realm
with dreamy tales, one may never forget.
Through glimmers of this pearled orb in the woods
every leaf roller-coasts with winds’ embrace
as orioles join the soft rhapsody
to drift on the mystique of lunar grace:
Be joyful like sunlight’s auroral flare
iridescent ray tans a summer breeze
a dazzle , a quiver on painted grass
bewitches rich nature without unease.
These keepers are life's harbingers of joy
adorning flowers curling on your arms
till sun-moon greets dusk with an intent wish--
for you, dear one, it ‘s a prayer for charms!
