The corrupt sadness of past

There's a little shop in the wall,
a gremlin hides behind.
He pops his head out to say hello,
then he shuts the door.

The institution I cannot bear,
the drugs they fill me with.
They say they need to cure despair,
I say you never will.

Just let me go my way will you,
nobody ever listens.
Am I really entrenched in clouds ?
Tortured with all abyssal.

Release me from my deep lament,
Release me from all reason,
Release me from my perils tread,
Release me from my mindful.

All you have to do is say,
it is ok for you to go.
I know you do not like the fray,
honestly the day will play.

To fill me up will do no good,
you bring the little gremlin back.
The past has gone, the futures here.
Let me go, I won't be back.
