Temporary happy

You filled in all the blanks
My world spins round
 This was something I thought
I never found
Your voice...passion the sound
Every night we talk and I even
Love it when we would just fall asleep
I wake hearing the dial tone
The morning text
That reads: morning love
Mostly in your eyes I see love
I just couldn’t wait to run into your arms
Lay in your bed while u plays with my hair
Playfully argue about who pick the corny movie
Take long drive and listen to u sing to me
Couldn’t wait for our date
Couldn’t wait for our hands to connect
Couldn’t wait for you to say I love you
Clouds begin to fight furious
 No hugs no kisses
Not even text to say hay
Through the wind that blows
 Hoping you shine through
Crying silently

Still there’s no you
So self-serious but still smiling
 I drift to questions
What did I do?
What happen to us?
I thought this was true love
This is temporary happiness
