Through woodlands, he holds my arms and motion
While love ignites flames by dousing gust's spray,
Ardor expressed in sweet incantations
Through woodlands, he holds my arms and motion
As fingers glide to sip twilight’s potion
Where we become one forest on grand display;
Through woodlands, he holds my arms and motion
While love ignites flames by dousing gust's spray.

    Nette, Beauty in complexity is what God did in his creation. It's also what you have put together here.. And that is art that brings glory to Him and enjoyment to all!

    I don't know how you managed to take this nuanced form with this tricky requirement and create magic but, you did Nette...terrific

    A beautiful love ritual Nette. I believe Ralph Emerson would glow along with this poetry. J.A.B.

    Very beautiful, Nette...your verse has a quality that sets it apart here on the soup. I search for the words...honeyed, mellow, luscious, buttery...It is rich, full, well rounded; you are one of my favorites.
