Secret Pen in Hand

When far from sorrows path I lay the solemn line
In solitude of crimson waves sharp surety impress
Ingots raised to penetrate the dismal valley bloom
Discovery of hues to search for wanton clues
Hungry protected touch of wicked locks of wind caress
Many on this night in trust
Forgiven blind the lichen rocks in forest tides
Hidden waves of autumn shines blanket blue in sky of felt
The floor of light and leaves appease
The clouds that lie in dreams disguise
Shower joy to tearful ponds and mirror birds who drink their twins
With sparkling eyes so swift to nest
Intent to sleep their echoes fade
Wander near my dreams and hold the hand of guilt
Breathing deep the dark to tame the bluest rise of dawn
Trifle laugh and running start to waken with a heavy heart
Where do I begin when I in sorrows path my secret pen in hand
Singing at my window flowers fill my wounds
Rising ever slowly the scent of your perfume
From a million miles away 300 years appear
I'm in love with words you spoke pretending you are here
Highlight every syllable and look me in the eye
Shaking dust of someones trust I gather mine in hand
Repeating words I've never heard and lay them at your feet

beautiful poem, well written. In such a windy and snowy day, reading this piece just completes my relaxation. What a poem!
