Rumi's words

I recited a verse, 
the Lover laughed. 
He said, Are you trying to hold me 
in your cute little rhyme? 
I said, You didn't have to break it to pieces. 
He said, It was too small! 
I couldn't fit in it. 
That's why I broke it to pieces.
