If only

With all the world around,
why so much despair.
My heart is there for salems lot,
with a whole disgust in town.
The true lament, the real distent,
the way my heart it bleeds.
My mind it will not slay a minute,
wresting to and fro.
Akin to an erupting volcano,
my stomach it churns and churns
Likened to a big earthquake,
that only wants to burn.
How much more do I have to go,
how much can I take.
The universe ever after,
calling like a cake.
My tears, they just want to flow,
nows the time to go.
My soul well that carries on,
disheartened but in grow.
What I would do to fall asleep,
crafty like a bear.
Shut my eyes, exhale out deep,
forget I need to breathe.
Take a left, take a right,
stab me through my chest.
Make a line, a curvy line
and take my innerds out.
I am a shell, thats all I am,
a shell for all the pain.
Every now and then you see,
it will come to take its frail.
So tell me this, why is it so,
that I cannot impale.
Tell me this why is it so,
that my healths to hail.
I want to fly upon the sky,
soaring high on high.
I want to feel the wind rush by,
as I run on by.
I want to go, I cannot go,
so why is life so cruel.
If only I could be the bye,
the one who has to peel
