Hand of cruelty

I read your message…..
I liked the dearth of emotions you displayed
I loved the way you tore down our past
That was a glee rape of memory!
You never remembered the sprees
You touched the past with hands full of cruelty
Your frequent dance in insomnia
That I even shared in the rhythm
You lost in your oblivion too?
I understand your amnesia!

I listened to your voice notes…..
I liked the part you went down to the lake
To wash out every ghost of our past
But your cruelty never leaves your hands!
What you’ve never remembered
Still follows you around
You never acknowledge that you dwell in bubbles
That cockiness is a bubble that will surely burst
Though your amnesia seems offensive
I pardon your poverty of appreciation!
