Domestic Travels

The beautiful muses
Erato and Euterpe
Placidly and languidly
Drift, float, sway
They take me with them
"Cometh here, child
We'll show you where you are"
They sing in harmony as I
Clumsily lumber along
A mere passenger
Captured in a hypnotic trance
Incapable of creating
Only reincarnating
This pure beauty
Yet for there to be beauty in some things
Must there be beauty in all things?
