Come On, And Join Me

Come on my men, come back to rail,
And stop to shy away from duty at hand;
Now wear the steel, shed off the frail,
And join me we journey as a stronger band.

We can't up hands while we be called men,
And lose the Game and earn the Shame;
Let's add to nine one-- that becomes ten,
Something stronger; a form of fame.

Come on my men, join me at it,
We be a bold band none can break;
Watching friend's back though hardest be hit,
Never turning back until victory we make.

Aiming higher ever, never settling for less,
Yearning to be the leading lad or lass;
Doing by the rewarding art of stick-to-it-ness,
Building better to best, as the bee does.
