Campaign Donations

The country is in dire straits, the government is broke. Services and jobs were cut, lay-offs for many folks. But still the money rolls on in as all the millions flow. Dollars wasted every day by candidates for show. Money for their luncheons and dinner-dancing too. Back-to-back ads on TV for everyone to view. Why don’t they make an equal fund that candidates must use? And then let all the citizens pick equally and choose. Then use the campaign money to bring down our debt. Or spend it on the services that people ought to get. Money spent like water on lies and silly talk. Instead of claiming how they'll save they all should walk the walk.
