Your poem has received a comment on Poetry Soup

Hi there everyone,

I've just had two emails, 'Your poem has received a comment on Poetry Soup' but they weren't for my poems at all. It turned out they were comments left for poems by two different poets.

Has anyone else ever had this? I hope it's just a glitch, but after hearing about the recent account hacking, I'm wondering...

Thanks for your advice, everybody -I really appreciate your help. As Team PS were system testing, I guess it was just a glitch : ) And, Chris, Shhhhh, don't tell everyone about my Soup mail LOL

Hi Jack--in my attempt to wean myself from Soup addiction, I actually turned off my PS comment email notification I think 2 years ago already?--It sort of drove me crazy, itching to click on the Soup whenever I saw a notification-- of course that technique didn't work for me as I am constantly still here, lol :D... So in short- I haven't experienced this :D I hope TPS can help you with it!

Hello, Jack,,, i have seen them e-mails too... i think that was on my old e-mail..than i got a new one.. i don't know.. someone was always hacking into my account long ago... i told the soup about it... and all they did was call it a bug... lol... have a good one..pd

I had 2 E-mails for a comment, they were for one of my poems. But the poem only had 1 comment on it, but both e-mails said it was for the same poem...??? Something must be going on with Poetry soup. Linda

I had something like that happen to me yesterday. I had three notices of comments. They all led me to someone else's poem the same one and they were all identical from the same person. Joyce
