Heys guys, Yoga is my first contest.

Tahera, I just read your lovely poem on Yoga. When I took Yoga classes, they focused more on body positions than on the spiritual aspect. Both are essential for yoga to be successful, wouldn't you agree? Love, Carolyn

Me too Tahera.. practice yoga and meditation every day .. it is sublimely refreshing and intensely spiritual..luv.. good luck on the first contest my friend.. will work on an entry for u over the weekend.. on the run with busy busy business to attend to luv.. happy weekend..
