Cleopatra and Anthony

My love Anthony is like Egypt’s love of freedom
Like the Eagle’s love of blue sky
Powerful and strong, it binds me to you

My love Cleo is like a blossoming rose
Like that first ray of sun
Sweet and tender, it protects you forever

My love Anthony will wreck and perish
The enemy is sure to bow low
The lion’s roar will not be heard

My love Cleo, will cement and cherish
The tender nation’s core
The dove will fly again

Come my love let us stand together
And see the blaze in the sky
As King and Queen stare at their realm

Come my love let us stand together
And feel God’s grace from above
As worshippers stare at the stars

Oh my, Tahera..This is exquisite and elegant with a great sense of history as well...Makes me wonder what it would be like to travel back in time and actually meet these two lovers...almost too much to comprehend..
