- We Light Our Candles -

 

The First Candle :

The first purple candle, on the first Sunday of Advent It is the candle of HOPE

The Second Candle :

The second purple candle, on the second Sunday of Advent It is the candle of LOVE

The Third Candle :

The third purpel candle lit on the third Sunday of Advent It is the candle of JOY

The Fourth Candle :

The fourth purple candle is lit on the fourth Sunday of Advent It is the candle of PEACE

* * * * * *

A Fifth light A white candle : - It symbolizes Purity and Hope The Christ candle is lit on Christmas Eve or Christmas Day
