Spring Sonnet

The rebirth of our world described in one word: spring;
It’s been forever witnessed by divine source tribes.
Trees blossoming under the Sun’s wing,
It’s new life, dressed in green; everyone subscribes.

Every spring the whole universe is reborn,
New Sun is rising bringing powerful growth;
I feel it in my every cell, more life will be born,
Synchronicity is surrounding us both.

In this new world, winter’s grip loosens its hold;
The equinox urges us to enkindle our inner fire.
New cycles, new rhythms prompts us to shed the old,
Restoring times loomed in form of mystic wire.

Themes of new beginnings bleeding in existence,
New life is scheduled to commence.

Premium MemberAutumnal Angst

autumn's palette colours fauna and flora - amber and brown shades spread

golden flames too timid to enkindle - last rose turns rusty from red

tears of mercy bleed from heaven's garden - dewdrops drip on naked thorns

clouds compose in charcoal clumps of miserable gloom - chill in the air

in the silence of mute birds - flock of feathers emigrate - meadows sleep

moon shivers in lonesome polluted horizons - darkness veils daylight

morning frost shrouds evergreen foliage - icicles and iced cobwebs

inhale arctic zephyrs from blustery breeze - breathe out white bitter breaths

gently nature expires leaving a trail of decay - kingdom of death

The trill under the
morning star
rings out a gusto
and vivacious song.
Oh! Sweet merle your irrepressible melody
defies all that is logic, the chill piercing morning
still only an infant, barely the time
to receive the accolades of sunrise.
Yet here lays the deepest frost
a cold front that sleeps not
driven upon a tempest,
from the ice continent
across the Southern Ocean,
does not discourage
you, your performance
bequeath daily, a spirit
of freedom, played out
to an enkindle audience.
Your act of unique tenderness,
drifts along to all that would listen,
a gift-wrapped sonata, in this,
a night shift world.
Each morning
gently you
succour nature
from her temporal
sleep, akin to the lone
Bugler at his post
your reveille to
each brand-new day.

Premium MemberWinter Blizzard

The Spruce trees formed a double sentinel
Along a path that seem to lead to nowhere.
The sky was dark with heavy clouds
As the two lovers trudged along the path,
Towards their meagre and poor abode.

Occasionally they would stop and kiss,
As if they could enkindle some kind of warmth.
Yet the blizzard had no pity on them.
They tried to hurry before rain began,
Still an occasional drop would fall
Wetting their threadbare clothes.

Soon they arrived and just in time
As rain began to pour and mingle with the snow.
Inside was frigid and quickly they changed
Into warmer clothes. The man lit up the last few logs
Whilst she searched for some bread and cheese.
How dejected they felt as the fire crackled
Hoping they’ll get the warmth they needed.

Outside the blizzard roared and still they felt cold.
The sound of wolves were heard and fear Increased.
They tried to close the windows and doors.
Alas they ignored the fireplace as warmth was no more.
The next day they were found huddled on the sofa.
They needed warmth no more.

Your stinger is known by what you can transform.
Your desire will enkindle how you can perform.
How you tackle a task has an impact on your success.
Even a minor error may result in tremendous progress.

A Special Wish

People die for no good reason
neither they kill for any good one
Endless animosity we spread through the world
And all we just do are vying for the most precious gold
Christ's love we just seem to ignore
Extending our interests to only those worldly
    things we want to explore

Pray, that's what I always do
Enkindle our hearts O God,
not to be drowned by our bravados
As I utter this prayer fervently,
I also wish that peace would come true
Change our hatred to love and let us get through
Endlessly, I hope of this special wish,
  let there be peace.

Stars

They are stars
That shine bright,
To enliven the sky.
They are candles
That enkindle themselves,
To light up other's lives.

Welcome 2017

2016;
A year of tribulations and blessings
Bring in an end to the tribulations with a new dawn
Dawn of a new day, a New Year, and many more to come
With scents of new roses before me with the new sun
                                  Blessings to carry on

I choose to wear pure white and unwrinkled
Leaving the raven shadows behind with no fear
Fearing not the welcoming light at the end of the tunnel

         Tunnel opens;
               For
I have the warmth of the sun to enkindle
Clearing the way with one step in front of the other
Wave goodbye to the end of 2016
         Enliven 2017

Potbelly

Outside, Lucifur the cat curls up under the heat lamp and sleeps

until you can feel hot bones through fur and skin. She's a heat-

seeking missle, as much as Jennifer is forever flashing too hot.

But on coldest nights wood is split, fire is lit and we three cozy

up, chatting and purring around the potbellied wood stove. We

daren't replace it with an air-tight, since Gramps bequeathed us

his potbelly just before he died and turned stone cold.

Kindle, enkindle,
Ignite light on winter's night --
Add fuel to flame.

Passive Hues

fréolic chocolate-branches form upon

         meadows beyond the tessellated glass
of my home. Whither upon meadows who's

  horizon meets with the fading sunset;
translating to nights of bright creations

who fall out of gravity in flames to
         enkindle Nostradamus prophecies.

Osier you hold the key to the roots.
Without you, who is the fruit tree to
appreciate for the reaped blossoms;

                          Oh, Grana Double Tree.
                          Thy poise divides on the

Butterflies

Butterflies-Competition

(Mosaic Butterflies)

Behold! Sunny spots sprayed on
Filigreed ebony wings
Encaged in
A golden frame.
An artistic delight!
Didst the cruel hands
That caught
The sacrifical victims's soul
Not get painted
With Psyche's
Multi coloured hues?
Thou dainty aery winged breath
I doth know thou flappest
Thy beauteous wings
Restlessly fluttering from one
Radiant bloom to another
Sighing but for the
Sweet nectar of
Thy amorous Eros.
But hark! Appease thy
Love lorn passion for
Bountiful honey yet
Shut thine eyes to
The beauty of flowers
They not be thy Amor
Who sleeps in
The deepest of slumbers
Ignorant of his Psyche
Being wafted into beguiling hands
For mortals to enkindle
Her peerless beauty
To be mounted on
Mosaic beds for museums.

Because Of

Because of

A connection with life is a breath of survive
Sooner or later destination is wide
Float in the sky or loom for next birth
No demand will be ascertained there
So to say you will have died.
Miracle is only your shadow which you rear in mind
See how an inanimate engine
Soars up high in the sky
With a plan, with support of sketched line
Escape with sigh because there is human’s eye.

A surety of reach, an accuracy of enkindle in search
Sensational within the oval realm an inquisition for survive
An unknown place surrounded by enormous ocean wide
A belief of understanding and humanity with vie.

Complexity wide wide because you are alien guy
Try mixing everywhere and put demand without shy
Yours need for survive tackle with open air
Ultimately struggle with time and will not be ruled out
A connection with life is a breath of survive.

Nocturnal Thought

Nocturnal Thought

Cold the night when anger grows
And holds us to our darkest desires,
For concealed is a passion of life and death
       Inspiring nothing, expressing nothing!
Give blessing to the thunder of the sound of the sea
As we behold the worth of its breadth,
While who can see nocturnal things?
And ponder the age of a star
That glittered a million years ago

Redemption is hard when emotion fails
When it is lost between religion and creation,
Still truth is abandoned when justice is lost
Replaced by the injustice of lies!
Still slowly came the shafts of light
To enkindle the birth of morning,
While coolness held a summer frost
       Hopeless, disregarded,
       Ignoring the passing of night
