neither resisting nor seeking ~
we let God do all the speaking
Holiness and Righteousness seem far away
out of our human reach, it seems
but listen to God's voice through Paul
brings hope for God desires to redeem
But the Apostle here speaks from God
to put on the new self by His Spirit
without God's help, it can't be done
by His Holy Spirit's action within a minute
Christ comes and dwells within
to work in our hearts by His grace
providing His imputed righteousness
so this new creation portrays His face
As well as this greatest of gifts
Christ also brings His holiness
revealing His Father as three times holy
fills one with eternal timelessness
Christ is the architect of this gift
marking HIs image within His creation
now able to say righteousness and holy
knowing Christ in His heavenly nation

cravings that arise when we are alone ~
in tranquil mindfulness we gently hone
music of the spheres in heart shaped
joy replete always feels complete
which when is in our mind landscaped
no longer follows God’s bliss beat
The Lord stood by me and strengthened me
this testimony all believers can truly know
in the most difficult and diverse situations
The Lord Jesus strikes our enemy with His blow
In you, His message might be proclaimed
so the Gentiles would surely gladly hear
that God seeks to save them from sin
drawing them to the saviour who's ever near
No matter the evil deeds against us
the Lord steps in to our rescue
such is our confidence in His love
this God will revive our lives anew
All of this is for one great purpose
to bring us into His heavenly kingdom
so His would be the glory alone
forever be this heavenly outcome
Out of body, all Divine --
the mystic does not die to get there,
a life long relationship. Claimed.

Hmm...indeed sometimes lies -- and the heart can lie even when thinking truth...even the marriage vow, till death do us part (the priest his own Christian contradiction). No one really knows the deeper nature of the heart. Does it start with a beat of flesh? Or its own spiritual continuance possessing form whatever? Time will less tell than Heaven and Hell.
The way to the heart of Truth
Is not through establishing what it is
But only by establishing what it is not;
Not this, not this, not this
And so on to infinity.
Proving a negative is possible.
It is what’s left when all the positive
Assertions have been peeled away;
Not that, not that, not that
Until all that’s left is simply what is.

Steadfast faith
upholds my spirit
anchored by God's divine grace
conquering weakness midst adversities' angst
striving to persist
bouncing up against failures
recognizing my human nature flaws
yet conscientiously advancing---
always prevailing with "never-say-never" maxim
since I can do all things through Christ Who fortifies me*...
sharing blest loving kindness triumphantly.
*Philippians 4:13 I can do all things through Christ which strengtheneth me.

We're reflections
of an infinitely
reflecting mirror
Our seemingly finite
projections cast shadows
both near & far
Know that you are
everything that is
& will be
Everything you see
is a part of me
and likewise
Eyes seeing
the same lie
that cover proof
of the whole
Individual bodies
with different souls
exploring timelines
& wormholes
You're a divine tool
not just worm food
even if you do
return to dust
You are stardust
composed on this
material plane
Ethereal really
but still being
weighed down by
your physical pain
Transcend the game
& take your place
amongst the stars
above the clouds that
bring rain
You came for more
than locked doors
to rooms you're
supposed to roam
Remember this is
your house
but not your home
indefinitely
Enjoy this melody
but tune into your
heavenly vibe
a bit more
See what's in store
once you fully
open your mind
That's a door they
can't keep closed
when you decide you
want to see what's inside
I shall not live to see changes for the better
But those who do will not notice them
Just as I did not notice the changes
Having taken them for granted
And yet, previous generations
Could only dream of such changes
Well, at least about some of the better ones
That have taken place in my lifetime
And even then, they hardly indulged themselves
In such irresponsible illusions
But I merely wish to say
That I care nothing for the future,
For the simple reason
That I won’t be there
Of course, this is selfish
But no more selfish than having a body
And a soul that belongs only to me
As part of some greater whole
I am of no interest, even to myself
Let alone to others
I have no need for lofty abstractions
To prove my existence
And find it valuable in itself.

bliss pierces each in-form body vector
the truth is by Divine Mother spoken
we ascend as a humble receptor
space-time is a cage where battles we wage ~
we transcend when we cease to take umbrage
In my early years since my conversion
my love for God's truth has grown
having a true love for divine truth
God's been pleased to continually sow
In this quest, I've been guided by reading
the writings of Jonathan Edwards so dear
filling my mind with God's absolute truth
this was the voice of God I heard in my ear
Edwards spoke with depth and meaning
showing God was sovereign in everything
especially in His book 'Religious Affections'
this was pure gold in my heart to bring
My other mentor was John Calvin, no less
this Frenchman's sermons are so profound
how he stood for God's truth no matter the cost
his election doctrine was so truly sound
So many times when doubts assailed me
it was God's assurance through Calvin's pen
that lifted me and kept me in line
his Institutes always my doctrinal gem
For whatever years God leaves me with
these mentors will always be my guides
for these teachings are truly of God
to proclaim them indeed, I will never hide
"Do with this what You will, Lord" is my plea
Yielding to Him all of me by His grace
Believing that such brings spiritual glee
As I run life’s race along service-pace.
"Do with this what You will, Lord" drives my day
Propelled to fulfill ministerial aim
Empowered in doing best through faith’s way
Toward exaltation of Saviour’s name.
"Do with this what You will, Lord," props my heart
Against selfishness-fall from pride’s great blow
Letting me practice loving kindness part
Prayerfully true in sharing hope’s glow.
"Do with this what You will, Lord" keeps my mind
Focused to eternal endeavours’ crest
Cognizant of what virtues have enshrined
Marked by genuine care to be shown midst zest.
"Do with this what You will, Lord," says my soul
While thanking Him gladly for life bestowed
By divine guidance to pursue blest goal
Toward triumphant heavenly abode.
