3. I DO NOT PICK THE ORDER OF POEMS LISTED WITHIN EACH GROUP OF FIRST, SECOND, THIRD AND SO FORTH THAT IS DONE BY POETRYSOUP.
4. NO NAMES OR INITIALS ON POEMS.
5. DO NOT USE THE POEM YOU WRITE FOR ME IN ANOTHER ONGOING CONTEST UNTIL THIS CHALLENGE IS FINALED.
6. NO OVERLY SEXUAL, HARSH, UGLY, RACIAL, OR HATE POEMS.
7. I WANT ONLY BEAUTIFUL POEMS IN MY WRITING CHALLENGE.

What to Submit?
A new poem using one of the R forms listed on Poetrysoup Types of Poems (R section only) ............. using ONE ONLY of the lines listed below as your quotation and inspiration for your poem
The quote as provided will be placed at the top of your poem in "quotation marks" then leave blank two lines below and begin your poem(requirement).
Pick one only ...

3. "The wind is the pounding of my heart."
4. "The sounds of Earth is the music of my soul."
Title is 1 - 6 words only (requirement).
Date Written, contest and sponsor at bottom (requirement).
Be true to your chosen R form (requirement).
Your poem can be short or long. Centered or not centered, your choice.
All poems will be SINGLE SPACED except where stanzas are needed for the form. (requirement).
Check spelling, grammar, rhyming if used, syllables if used, I will be using RhymeZone.Com and HowManySyllables.Com to verify. Poetry soup Grammar checker is useful to spot spelling and grammar errors and suggest better words to use (requirement).
PRESENTATION is very important to me. I will not accept poems with white space on the top or beneath your poem, so please check for this. I want the poem layouts to be neat and tidy and presentable (requirement).
Images, videos, and audios are always welcome.
