Mother Earth Sings
Mother Earth now brings melody of rain fall
Sounding out blessings, quenching thirsty parched land
Such brings music to my soul while I do scrawl
Praise lyrics, hailing God of gratitude brand…
Mother Earth hums lullaby midst ocean waves
Calming my soul well as does hymn, “Jesus saves”
Echoing redemption gift offered with grace*
Prevailing over discord along life’s race.
* “For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God.” Ephesians 2:8 of the King James Bible
