Borrowed the neighbors chainsaw
Oiled it, sharpened the blades
Never used one before
Except that time I tried to fillet a fish
Had to trim my tree
Each branch trespassed next door
Already ate their criticisms for lunch
Dang! How do you start this thing?
Better read the instructions again
Life erupts from inanimate arbor barber
Usually, this job would be a breeze
Except, I sliced through the limb...
Severed my left shinbone

Musicians

Under the aegis of darkness,
they trespassed narrow-edged ways —
wayward musicians;
spectre-framed and so pronto the
afflatus of restless painters and
hungry poets.
Mute and stout,
they seemed agnostics,
reclining on image-powers; thoughts
and dumb instruments facing earth;
such clout among them,
and countenance —dim —
turning them into a cluster of
strumpet-begotten specimens.

Moments of silence.
In their string-fashioned phalanx,
Untaperable fraternity.

and protected and guarded embraced in my Father’s arms in His light life

From His mouth spoken in the universe

He's in me and I saw humanity fly
We, I am the spark of Heaven

Souls we I we shine I we interact I we am blessed
All sre one, we are one in Him

and on track I we shine we're going to move
through space through the tunnel of the vessel
that will and has embraced me
I come through the portal of the womb

 but not wounded
I am we are whole I trespassed as I walk
Briefly on this Earth to share my witness
My Father's life on this planet Earth

Premium MemberFantastic Four

Reed Richards, Mister Fantastic, a logical wizard,
Susan 'Sue', invisibly caused many a blizzard.
The human torch, Johnny Storm, who caused blaze-smouldering flames
Ben Grimm, the monstrous thing, who, with his stone-like flesh, played games

Traditions they trespassed; boundaries they bound; Chores ignored;
Subdued the subversives; tackled the terrors; caused concord;
The king rogue Doctor Doom, planet-devourer Galactus
The bleak realm's Annihilus... each they crack as though fractus

Brisk, like lightning or thunder; shape-shifting when needed;
Brim-filling optimism and integrity, well-wielded
They were, yet, true human beings with hearts of flesh and blood.
They could, however, survive midst dire drought or fatal flood.

As global celebrities, as unconventional friends,
And as invisible miracles with fulfilling ends
They expanded the Marvel Universe and its ventures.
With all spider-web-like intricacies and indentures

Standing Still, But Standing Still

I'm standing still
But at least I'm still standing

Some have their souls spill-
Their souls of reprimanding

Like dead leaves
Blowing in the wind
They wander
But do not go

They are a blanket
Chagrined
Of their souls
As cold as snow

They're ground, cracking at slightest quake
Allowing stones to tumble upon them
And more, lacking might and slamming brakes
Whenever they crumble some

For life yields challenge
There's strifes, the morale singe

But I will not stop when trespassed and infringed
I will not halt to a trouble, to a society unhinged

I will stand still
But, I stand ground

I'm standing still
But I'll never back down

Go

Go stand with your troubles
Go stand with your tears
Go on the snow
While dead leaves skim your tears

And there shall be a day-
If you always stand

There shall be a dusk
When you sprint on the land

Never fall down
Take this-- OUR poem's hand

You can't force a world
But your as for your soul

You're in command
~!

Molding Young Minds

A dozen or so things I'd teach my guys,
school children and grandchildren likewise.

When they are young kids, I would make it plain
they’re not to be blamed for a neighbor’s pain.
Simple: no biting, no pulling hair, no hitting,
no screaming, no pinching and no spitting.

Keep your hands to yourself, unless asked,
personal space should not be trespassed.
Kind words offered in peaceful voices,
sharing delight when someone rejoices.

Go out of your way to help those in need;
return disfavor with a friendly deed.
Avoid nosing in another’s business;
when you have done wrong, you promptly confess.

The Golden Rule I would teach inch by inch
over and over, their mischief to quench.

Premium MemberO Treasure Each Day While It Is Still Young

"O' Treasure each and every day while it is
Still young, and always remember to love
Jesus Christ, God's only begotten Son."

"This is the day that the Lord has made
We shall rejoice and be glad in it."

"Give us this day our daily bread and
Forgive us our trespassers as we have
Forgiven those who have trespassed
Against us and lead us not into
Temptation but deliver us from all evil
For thine is the kingdom and the power
And the glory for-ever, Amen!

"Tomorrow is a brand new day with no
Mistakes in it yet." Anne Shirley of
Anne of Green Gables.

Premium MemberMy Prayer

Thank you, God, for all you have given.
Thank you, God, for never leaving me.
Thank you, God, for being with me before I knew you, even before I was born.
Thank you, God, for everyone you put into my life.

Please, forgive me, and forgive those who have trespassed.
Please, make right our ways, and bring peace and love to each other.
Please, help us bring peace, and love to all those before us.
Please, give us strength, and courage to exalt you Lord unto the world.

Your Word, is creation, the way, the truth and the life.
Your Word, brings comfort and joy to all ears that listen.
Your Word, restores us, and heals us.
Your Word, lives on forever, and is supreme.

We ask that you guide our ways, control our tongue, and master our heart.
And, we ask to remain your servant here in the world as long as you desire,
until that glorious homecoming You promised, when we can be together.

In the name of Jesus Christ,
Amen.

Premium MemberFear Factor

Once the shots rang out,
I saw the bodies fall.
In this peaceful locale,
It made no sense at all.

Just good friends and family,
That were gathered together.
In this house full of love,
Was safe from the weather.

But, on this fateful event,
A gunman trespassed.
Wearing a mask of hatred,
While hot shells amassed.

No one knew his motives,
Or why he was there.
One thing was for certain,
Left the room in despair.

Women, children, and men,
Became his targets that day.
When questioned by police,
He had nothing to say.

After his final hearing,
Was given thirty years.
It didn't soften the blow,
To those drenched in tears.

Something's got to change,
It's absolutely true.
What can stop the carnage,
I don't know...do you?

Between Each Rolling Sea

A king went down to a rolling sea;
declared to all:
"so far my Kingdom this shall be".

Time did pass,
invaders trespassed
then the invaded, invaded.
Great was all conflict spread
and after it
followed the dead.

The people cried out
from their cottage gardens,
from their farms and homes.
"Let it be, let it be,
this far only
shall our Kingdom be."

Above dark clouds
berserker Gods guffawed
and shook their spears -
sang out with a fierce
and feral glee:

"Not for you, not for thee
shall there be peace
between the rolling seas."

Her Wish

HER WISH….
To strip its last dignity have it bare and hopeless
longing for warmth. The sun rays to kiss its soma burn its soul leaving nothing but a
ghost clothed with shame regret and loss.
Loss of life, touch and breath. Its meandering spirit reaching the ocean drowning in raging waves.
Her nostalgic waves of high tide tears, a rift valley of good hope trespassed by the Atlantic.
Her wish. To forget as she’s’ forgiven. Devote herself to the seed: feel its innocence and not paint the clear sky with darkness with no stars and the moon to give hope.
Her wish. To restore her mind, not binge to an episode of treachery.
Her wish. The erase the dismay of Sabbath: the night of rest turned into infinite restlessness.

Clemency

Clemency

A lifetime of experiences
the struggle is to be willing remembering them
as there are large holes calling certain events
are pushed aside.
What was said or done
in the cusp of youth, I forgive myself
with a shrug.
What was done in the middle years
is a matter that cannot be glossed over.
No, it is not about forgiveness
but the acceptance we are not perfect
and thus, be more lenient
when we are trespassed upon.
I will not choose bitterness for slights done.
The river near the houses is now a trickle
soon it will be an ugly scar
across the landscape.
Once we swam her and made love by the river´s bank.
Blessed is the cynical unhurt striding through life.

Think of Elsewhere

Think of elsewhere
where the day
has grown old
perhaps with a remembrance
of what has trespassed
concerning what now goes
throughout these hours here.
Now what does it fit
to cry by uprooting trees
or cry by wrong paintings
or cry by a wrong directives
or even cry by whims
and caprices of abyssimal
or in fact even wrongly cry
oh! later you may
swallow it a going.

Forgiving and Trespassing

How hard it is to forgive.
How hard to forgive
those who have trespassed
 against us.

Harder yet
to forgive those
we ourselves
have trespassed against.
