Premium Member An Ode To My Hips

I folIow the beat as your samba rolls,
wanting to curl around a curve of hips
that sways in its raw tenderness
like a flamed thrill , a pelvic grind--
And nightfall 's ledge aligns with saucy grooves
twirling a bouncy moonlit charm,
where movement of fertile hourglass whirls...
' dance, sisters,dance! '

Premium Member Thickened Uterus- My Challenge

(I had severe endometriosis that led to infertility. Through years of treatment and after a laser surgery, (not common in India at my time, so got it done in the U.S.) my condition improved and had two sons born to me after 12 years. But endometriosis came back with greater vengeance and at the age of 39, got my uterus and ovaries removed)

Ever since I became a 'woman', suffered from acute pelvic pain
After marriage, waited for years with rising anxiety, to fondle a baby
The boon and blessing of every mother, but for me, a bane.
With every menstrual cycle, I saw hopes withering away.
Running from clinic to clinic, doctors found endometriosis, my swain.

With laser surgery, the condition was more or less rectified
And two fledglings were born into our nest- two adorable sons.
Still the villain had his onslaught. In me, he continued to bide.
At 39, terminated the culprit that gave me constant aches.
Now with two organs missing, through life’s current, I peacefully glide.

Premium Member Growing old and decrepit

We cannot fight old age – So, when I get there… I’ll just embrace it with a big dollop of humour!! Quote by poet.

My decrepit body makes me cry
Growing old ain’t fun, I cannot lie
My bladder leaks, it makes me sigh
Pelvic exercises I will have to try!

I’m not so agile, I am way too slow
When I need the loo I HAVE to go
Cos I can’t control my urine flow
Pass me a nappy, I won’t say no!!

I piddle when I cough or sneeze
I’m chesty, got an awful wheeze
My boobs have sagged well past my knees
Do I want a new body - ooh yes please!

To hear bird song really loud and clear
I need a hearing aid for my deaf ear
Going totally deaf I truly fear
I’ll get ears checked again this year

My aching limbs sure give me gyp
Got arthritis in my knees and hip
No cure for wrinkles around my lip
Anti aging creams dumped in the tip!

I repeat myself, that’s no falsehood
Instructions can be misunderstood
I repeat myself, that’s no falsehood
Oops my memory is not very good

*In Old English “habit" meant attire or dress.
It originated from the Latin “habitus" meaning
  appearance.
*The undercarriage of a woman is the pelvic floor,
which is a large, layered muscle sling located at
the base of the pelvis ,)

Fear

My both hands were tied
Unable to escape
I breathe tight
My heart fear
thinking it will be my last day in the universe

My pelvic grids produced crack sound
Both my mind and body became motionless
Oh god
I can't help myself as my whole body turns numb

Blood flow like a water
From various parts of my body
With all my strength
I screamed loudly
"Please somebody save my life"

My hands which helps to save
thousand of life
Was unable to save own

Crippled into the floor
I ask merciless people to leave me alone
Vivid image of my family
runs into my mind
their dream of enjoying my success
after becoming a successful doctor
Shattered like a broken glasses

All I can do is to see
Predators faces
With a rage of thirst and hunger

I question myself
How can god create such human beings ?
Who have no mercy towards innocent

My entire life was lie
We are taught to be afraid of ghost
rather we should be taught to be afraid of men
Whose intentions are disgusting more than a ghost

Consuming Fire

Licking my wounds.
Recovering from the pain.
Is it supposed to
feel this way?
Empty, cold, and dejected.
Ashamed of not enjoying it.
Radiating heat filling me up
from my pelvic floor.
Somehow, I am wanting more.
More of the pain
without it there’s
no freedom for what
lies between my legs.
I am ashamed of
how it leaks, throbs,
& pulsates for more.
Maybe one more time,
it won’t feel this way?
The all consuming fire
that takes me to
hotels with strange men.
Maybe it gets better
Or the best it will ever get?
But the high weighs more
in the moment.
To keep me sailing
away from the fear
and shame.
 With the pain,
I do it anyway
Slowly as my heart, soul,
& sanity fade away
While my pelvic floor screams
to breathe
While my body crumbles
from the destruction
a single man brings.

Jack 5

Drinking 20 pints regularly, done with consummate ease
Add a bottle of vodka on top if you please
Mixing beer, wine and spirits what a crazy thinker
All the time believing I was a social drinker
There is no one but me to blame
So much behaviour laden with shame
Throwing up in a public place
Never a good look, a complete disgrace
A time lived mainly in anger and lust
Argue, get drunk then a pelvic thrust
A continual cycle of adventure and thrills
Shyness masked with a cloak of inebriated skills
Any sort of drink a permanent extension of my hand
Ejected from many places, even sometimes banned
Often brash and extremely loud
Looking back it doesn’t make me proud
Stereotyped actor I no longer wanted to be
Had to change if future years I wished to see
No alcohol at all for 10 years now
Those that knew me then can’t believe how

Premium Member On Very Wet Days I Feel So Miserable

Out walking, and I need a leak
A toilet I urgently seek
There’s now’t but a bush
Oops I felt a whoosh
Wet panties - I don’t need to peek!

I contact my doctor called Emma
And explain my awful dilemma
That when I need to pee
There is such urgency
It ruins walks with my pup Gemma

I have the solution Doc cries
Just try pelvic floor exercise
It’ll help with your bladder
And will make you feel gladder
It’s superb for ladies and guys!

Joy sings
overflowing Awesome pelvic dance
more above the neck
and less wondrously below
our DarkWhole sacred chakra
of deep lusty Integrity,
said the Masseur
to the multiculturing Muse,
face down on his table.

Wonder

except more below the waist
and less above,
repeated the Muse

Forever Altered

The sound of metal scraping on asphalt, echoed through the frosty morning air, as the trailer slid and skidded, leaving chaos and destruction there.
The semi-truck came hurtling fast, its trailer swerving, out of control, I felt the impact as it struck my car, a moment that shook my very soul.

My mind was racing, filled with fear, as I fought to keep control, the truck careening all around,a scene that was beyond my goal.

The trailer flipped, in slow motion it seemed, a moment is frozen in time, my heart was pounding, my breath was short, as I braced for what I feared was my last climb.

Though I walked away, the injuries were real, more than just a few bruises to reveal, my back was sprained, my pelvic bone cracked my life was forever changed, my future attacked.

Five Tanka Poems

1.	She gives him the push
when he says sex starving
is a greater sin
than fasting for his long life
or praying to the lingam*

				              *an image of Shiva

2.	after a tiff
lying under the same blanket
two of us stare
the peeping moon and turn
with glee to each other

3.	shaped like a bird
a drop of water lands
on her breast:
my breath jumps to kiss it
before her pelvic flick

4.	weaving no web
a dark fishing spider
mates in the creek
and curls up hanging from the ****
in one-shot deal

5.	glowing with sweat
her muscles tighten up
and the toes curl
breathing gets heavier
trembling…twitching…ecstasy

My Hot Zone

Gloriously gorgeous is thy mien
Let me thwart kisses umpteen
Twin cheeks are lavishly sweet
To them let my lips do hit
Want to smell thy body beautiful
For it has an aroma delightful
You resemble a tree with fruit
Full of blossoms deliciously astute
Yearning to love thee till my last
You’re my flame from births past
Rich buxom and roundest girdle
Hips and thighs are full of swirl
Want to suck thy juice secreted
Entering thy pelvic zone celebrated..!!

Premium Member Loose Woman - Warning Bawdy Limerick

They’re in his car, he rubs her back
But Sue quickly gives him some flack
She says stop it Rex
You’ve no chance of sex
Because my V'gina’s too slack

It loosened when our babe arrives
I’ve tried pelvic floor exercise
Sue says don’t get stroppy
Cos you're loose and floppy
This happens to some older guys!

The Wild One

Raven, rook, black as soot; peck the eyes, erase the lies

Eagle, buzzard, kite makes three; tend the land with sight that sees

On wings, on horse-back, cling tight to sacred mane. Kick dirt violently skywards, falling, earthy rain

The drum, the drum it resounds with hoof force; muscle, tendon, bone, blood, powers take course

Heart beat meets drum, meets feet, meets fist, frenzied, fueled, fearless rhythm attack; sweat soaked hair and back

Wild is coming, surfacing fast; no apology, full synergy, unashamedly cast

Alchemy, soul fire, black crow hair takes flight as searing eyes catch brightly alight

Baring teeth, baring all; sweeping, flowing, pelvic bowl

Skin alive as once remembered, tonight we dance entranced, dismembered

For all that surrounds us, encompassed in one; the beat, the feet, the pounding drum.
