pinch of bliss between eyebrows
over time steadily grows
as also at other nodes
on which our presence freeloads

touch of God cleanses soul’s stain
so why would we then complain
at how we metamorphose
whilst poised in tranquil repose

Knack for keeping kisses and kindnesses kindled as he
Leaps over list of limits doctors saw labelled while he
Yokes yearnings to stars never yielding to fear yarns and
Eagerly enjoys employing all joyous emotions may elicit

Premium Member My Simple Prayer

The Lord is the portion of my inheritance
and of my cup thou maintainest my lot.
The lines are fallen unto me in pleasant places
yea I have a goodly heritage I will
bless the Lord who has given me counsel
my reins also instruct me in the night seasons
I have set the Lord always before me
because he is at my right hand I shall not be moved
Therfore my heart is glad and my glory rejoiceth
my flesh shall rest in hope!

Premium MemberThe Muse's Consolation

To penetrate the fresh bloom of a flower,
is a rare joy, a kind of love felt deeply,
when virgins struggle, full of desire's power,
then collapse in warm, sensual link so sweetly.

With one, I have not known such love before;
not in a touch, but found in books and lines,
a joy that I love, rapturously explore,
and whose sung beauty lyrically shines.

Although I'll never know the former love
     aforementioned, the Muse's consolation
is my reward: chaste, and pure as a dove,
she uplifts me to peaks of inspiration!

If love must be to love a woman only,
then the Muse's bloom keeps me from being lonely.

completely releasing all moments gone by
softened attention animates the present
choosing with currents of bliss beats to comply
dwelling in peace and just following the scent
of divine magnetism that makes our heart sigh
melding with the flow, witnessing soul’s ascent
fullness in emptiness becoming the norm
we’re poised in stillness at the eye of the storm

White sand, aqua blue Speedo
Umbrella drinks by the pool
Bikinis taunt my libido
What a fool, I'm covered in drool

Then, Beach Patrol spied my spit-slick
Flowing from rented umbrella
They handcuffed me to my joystick
But, I'm still one lucky fella

Joy

Giddy is happy and happy is good!
And giddy with reason is as it should!
And should happy be reasoned and giddy sometimes
Then rest but joyful in happy giddy times!

Premium MemberYour ability

I talked to you tonight
And even over the phone
You force it all to disappear
And it becomes us all alone

No other people or problems
Nothing but us exist then
Floating on a cloud with you
Earth feels as if its heaven

How is it you're able to do this
To me it's fully a mystery
There's nothing but your love
In life that can sustain me

first poem

Created from a single rib, to complete its creation and her body covers all of humanity yet her seed gets covered with soil.
Her gifts are many but many forget, only blooming with love and fully uncovers through character.

Premium MemberCounty Road 43

the road became a tree-lined tunnel—flickers of
crepuscular rays try to play tag with the squirrels
as they stutter-dash across the shafts of you’re-it!
a free for all, until the road-tires butt-in—
flattening all the rules on a tire-treaded squirrel.

the light reacts with a sudden shift—to renew.
anticrepuscular rays converge to the antisolar point.
a change in perspective as the light beams fall.
inflating the tire-treaded squirrel with a do-over.
the game goes on until sunset or the next rogue tire.

A strange sorrow once married me

Life, come thou unhurried to me,
Said she, it’s long buried, to me.

A strange sorrow once married me,
Wonder who’d it carried to me.

Once a bubble dared laugh at me,
Blown soon, it looked harried to me.

Where’s the strainer that filters sins?
The query stands parried to me.

What all my joys can sweep aside,
Such brooms have never worried me.

                   Fingers
               Long, slender
      Tapping, painting, holding
Creating tiny canvases for my niece
      Pinking, twinkling, glittering
             Tiny, cherished
                    Nails

Premium MemberAnimated Joy Under Philtre Fountain

Flows fountain of delight,
enwraps the parched spirit.
Drink glee philtre sated,
leap dazed with fulfillment.
        Charm dreams show
        slow motion
        scenes you know
        owe your joy
        when stars glow.
