A Highbrow Hymn, Oh Love, How Deep, How Broad, How High

Lunable to wonder
In curiosity glimmers
A broken man
A broken soul
Never sought
Never thought
meant to be
Meant for me

ignorant human
convivial sung
Felted loyalty
Taught adaptation
Commonly
Meant to be
Meant for me

Wishful being
Existing
Dashboard clean
1956
Traveling speed
Undetermined
Bored annoyed

Meant to be
Meant for me
Overwhelming
Unwatchable
Death close
Born to die
Glorified pissant

Conformist
Bend past
Self awareness
Still there
Look awkwardly
For dull
Witless actors

Directed carelessly
Not forgetting
Funnily trapped
As rodents
Unbeatable maze
Freely bound
Vaulted sound

Chicot choice
Sound absurd
Differentiate
Diverted easily
Incompetent
Flawed
Institutional

Inexpert soldier
ing pestiferous
Go die young
Supposed industriousness
Meant of me
Meant to be
Match unrivalled

Dying repertoires
purpose bleak
Parce que je déteste
la vie et elle le sait

The mood of the wirery rodent unable to remove itself from the wall it climbed into made to listen or fall from scurvy or starvation, the point of view from a dead soldier who had no choice but to listen and judge because he was also a total dick

Lure Of Liberty

Aside from its indigenous natives
when those there United States
(home of the braves)
were first settled by white colonists and pioneers
it was advertised with a carrot
(not a torch)
held by copper-sheathed Lady Liberty
with book candle
(no bell)
française est elle
with the slogan 'Land of the Free'
propaganda of the day it's enough to make one sick
as today there's far less carrot and way too much more stick
haves and have nots will always be there
(the tired poor huddled wretched masses)
but we you and me can make a difference if we really care

 the cosmos slow maybe stop
unexpected passions flare-up

how soft to the touch this moment is

i swim in its nucleus but at a-crawl
absorb what feels like the universe

it simmers within me to a boil
immediately -uploading to my
flash drive my internal library

with hickory-shelves and -leather-bound books
with strong spines would stand the test of time

many pages with more than a few
bits and bites of past experiences

our union warm lit without a doubt a part of me
you steal my lips bound to my heart as they are

as we link our
hearts-merge

in sync we say
“so this is love”

and indeed it-is
spend the night

safely intertwined in each other’s -hold
the first moment of our lifetime shared

L'Individualisme De L'Ame Artistique

Premium Member Finding Myself Again

A lamppost mirrors my frame drooping
while I close my eyes, awaiting morn
to flicker on spoiled dreams: till angelic whispers
begin a hymn through pin-points
of notes along sedate trees;
yet, the fire from my belly breathes
again like an orange wave...
how in this open pain, a light draws
me close to hope's rebirth
within a new world,
feeding my roots , my veins
borne from self-love..again.

"We can't be so desperate for love that we forget
where we can always find it; WITHIN.”

Premium Member Mama Has Left

Mama has left
She is no longer alive
She left Mother Earth
She is in the cemetery
Mom is further on
She is, here and there, really
Mother is gone
And no longer here
With us, under the sun
Mommy is in Heaven
She looks at us and she can hear
She's having fun, in a dream
To see us whine and scream
Mom is with the Virgin Mary
Both listen to us and laugh
So hard that they cry in paradise
Where no one dies
That’s a gaffe
What a trip! Mama has left
We can barely see her on the clouds
Mommy is still with us
She is invisible within us
As we wish other mothers
Happy stays at the cemetery
May the earth be light and softy!

P.S. This poem is dedicated to all those who lost ‘Mama’.

Remplir Se Rendre (Complete Surrender)

His voice so firm and yet so tender, beckoning her complete surrender, her defenses slip
as he whispers close,"your the one I need the most"

Unsure as to his true intent, she resists the calls of his sentiments, still he whispers,
draws her in, this lovers chant he then begins

"Frêle c'est les coeur Je cherche , cassé amour eu ont son fragile , mon rédiger écho
thanksggiving elle vouloir se souvenir de , ça sacerdoce de remplir se rendre "

As she felt her spirit move within, so passionatley drawn to him, this spell he cast was
so intense, she had to know what he had meant

"Tell me what you say to me, those words that chant eternity, I hear your whispers of love
so pure, they have me yearning for so much more"

"mon cher enfant , mon une véritable amour, I may of been unclear before, there was you
see no other way, to say the words I had to say"

He took her hand and held her close, and repeated to her the chant he'd spoke

"Fragile is the heart I seek, broken love had made her weak, my words echoe that she will
remember, this calling of complete surrender"

Understanding now his request, she placed her head upon his chest, in words so truthful
she was sure he'd see, as she answered "Moi se rendre totalement à thee"

Premium Member Friends forever

Skin white like milk
Hair that shines like silk.
Lips a red as a glass of wine
Eyes that sparkle and shine

Body with curves so sexy and sweet
Legs so long and slender
Butt so tight and tender
Perfect in every way, right down to her feet

Of all the women throughout the land
I wish I could hold you in my hand
A vision of beauty, a wonderful sight.
I am glad I met her that fateful night.

Friends may come, friends my go
You are my friend, this friendship will grow
All I want is for the world to see
Just how special she is to me

Friends’ forever Elle, you and me
No longer ships that passed in the sea

when the soup is not good

When the soup is not good,
That the mushrooms are poisonous,
That my head will explode,
That a journalist lies to me,
I think of Jennifer Lawrence,

She alone understands me,
His beauty triumphs over the male,
Over Lies, hypocrisy,

When my rondeau disappoints,
That the journalist lies to me,
That the soup is not good
That my head will explode,
I think of Jennifer Lauwrence.

Quand la soupe n’est pas bonne,
Que les champignons sont vénéneux,
Que ma tête va exploser,
Qu’un journaliste me ment,
Je pense à Jennifer Lawrence,

Elle seule me comprend,
Sa beauté triomphe du mâle,
Du mensonge, de l’hypocrisie,

Quand mon rondeau déçoit,
Que le journaliste me ment,
Que la soupe n’est pas bonne
Que ma tête va exploser,
Je pense à Jennifer Lawrence.

Premium Member A Place Where Angels Sing

My body now rests beneath autumn soil, for I am no longer here.
I know you're sad, but please believe; in spirit, I'm always near.
And although my remains are now in the earth, my soul forever lives on.
So cherish your memories and grieve for awhile, but don't let it last too long.
I transitioned home like a bird on the wing and reside in a place where angels sing.
Surrounded by love, my soul travels free, and exploring the heavens is where you'll find me.

My sweet little fur baby, Elle, left this world on Friday November 1st after bravely battling cancer for many months. She was the kindest, sweetest little soul and ever so gentle. My heart is broken, and I'm finding it hard to get through each day without crying. I miss her terribly.
