Premium Member Venom and Stardust

As I slip into the void of this endless black,
Stardust ignites the darkest night sky,
And though I want to I cannot ever go back,
To where our love once learned to fly.

Love seeps from curling words
into a floundering bloodstream,
While amongst the stardust fly birds
escaping farther upstream.

How could I have not seen
Your acidic tongue drips venom slow,
Your kiss concealed the poison between,
It all was lost within the glow.

Now I yearn for eternal rest
Amongst the stars and stardust,
My heart has ceased to beat in my chest,
While leaving you is still the hardest.

Distressed Village, Lamenting Nature

Hamlet developed in stillness, stillness torn by warfare,
Warfare ricochets through jungles, jungles drop their brilliance,
Brilliance once lit the skies, skies now propagate blur,
Blur cries hangout the basin, basin bewails inside.

Inside the aggrieved acreage, acreage naked of its emerald,
Emerald fields turned to debris, debris wound the prospect,
Prospect of broken streams, streams dry and bare,
Bare mounts stand as spectators, spectators of desolation.

Desolation mists the firmament, firmament once peaceful and azure,
Azure dreams now are devastated, devastated hopes fictitious,
Fictitious peace feels gone, gone by the fire,
Fire of unending animosity, animosity leaves its tag.

Tag engraved in regret, regret pigments the terrain,
Terrain longs for rebirth, rebirth seeks renaissance,
Renaissance of mild restoration, restoration calls for nimble,
Nimble shall patch the village, village recovers its picture.

they howl because I’m gone
they yowl because I’m back
lamenting pets never satisfied

Premium Member Tired of the Rain

I’m so tired of the rain
‘Cause every day seems the same.
All gloomy and gray, no rainbows today
Just more soggy cold terrain.

I can’t wait to see the sun.
Surely soon the day will come…
Blue skies overhead so quickly will spread
‘Til they’re seen by everyone.

Now, every life has its rain, I know
When lightning strikes and cold winds will blow
But every day the rain just falls down
I think I’m going to drown....

Now every life has its darkened times
When the sun won’t ever seem to shine.
It’s been so long since I’ve seen the light
 	It just doesn’t seem right.

I’m so tired of the rain
I really hate to complain
But it seems today’s just like yesterday
And all of these clouds just won’t away
And if I cannot go outside today,
I’m sure I will go insane...
Because I’m so tired of the rain.

The little things we remember when we are lamenting

Almonds were enjoyed, and the nuts were crushed with a rock
Sleep in peace, our father, my mentor, our provider
Peace among the Angels, we will continue to cherish those fond memories.
Evening tide will go down with you constructing your pig pen
Greatness was defined by your achievements throughout your younger days
Shall we evoke feelings of joy and celebration on this day?

Ephemeral Time

Sifting through the sands of time
Ephemeral it fades away
As water flows down the river
It's constantly on the move
Time and tide waits for no one
Instead of lamenting the past
We should seize every moment
Fulfil our dreams and wishes
Till our time on this earth is over
And death knocks at our door.

The songs by that weekend guy
Had me weakened to the point I'd cry.
Though wishing we could have a weekend together,
At the same time I am wishing we never met each other.

Find More Farm Implements

I have with concern been lamenting
With my chilly fears augmenting:
A young promising morning might soon age
And a planter close a helpless page …

My muscles are dying for a cutlass,
My strength enough to not seek a lass
My nostrils fish out odorless fertilizers;
The sparks in my eyes Advertisers
I shouldn’t ears supply with any story,
Now, I could from Ants snatch their Glory …

Through and through An Agricultural Mind
To more farm implements find;
A new day might start ageing like my father
As time further does its race farther.

Lamenting Beauty

White wings with gray attire, a fallen angel
But not, that is Muse of beauty with ruby cheeks
And melancholic tone, repenting her existence.

I have listened to her whispered prayer, when she
Accused us of not deserving truth and beauty
She asked Lord God to call her back
Since we, humans, make beauty prison.

Yesterday a child plucked a rose to reduce
The beauty in name of beauty.

She will soon fly for sky, before we
Tear apart her wings to decorate our homes.

So very long the time since you've been gone
This lovelorn night a cold moon has reckoned
Into such gloom my wistful heart be drawn
It palls and weeps to woeful skies that beckon

This lovelorn night a cold moon has reckoned
Barren and empty in the vigil of tears
It palls and weeps to woeful skies that beckon
Lamenting mournful prayer on silent deafened ears

Barren and empty in the vigil of tears
Into such gloom my wistful heart be drawn
Lamenting mournful prayer on silent deafened ears
So very long the time since you've been gone

Lamenting the Past

Time not only seems to be speeding up…
  it actually is

Perception trumping reality looking forward,
  not looking back

Undercooked moments blow into the future,
  their aroma unsettling

As tomorrow disowns today
   —lamenting the past

Provoke lamenting rain-
Sluice down countless faces
Oblivious to man’s atrocities of man.
