Poisons

POISONS

Boldly betrayed by my body
It came so fast
Poison coursing through my veins,
My Source, my Self,
Frightening and sure, traveling it’s way
Through me,
Out to get me from my Life,
Taking my blood and twisting ugly
Mutations into unfathomable letters,
Indecipherable Latin words,
No longer my lifeblood
But an enemy who has no use for
Life and cleanliness and health
Lauding power over my Will.

Next, an oxymoronic healing poison
Is injected directly into my Source,
Destroying all and everything in its wake
Unable to take into account the
Character of its red and white victims -
Good, bad or indifferent -
It kills without point or prejudice,
Intentional serial murders with
Fragile tentative plans for
Redemption and regrowth,
It tires me with its vehemence.

It is so exhausting is to wake up and have
Nothing but confusion and hope
As catalysts for breathing and taking in
The mysterious days ahead.

Grief

In God's time we all go back to Him

And it's only in deep sleep,

that we are able to ascend to Him

So that our souls He keeps

In God's time we leave this earth

Back to our first homes

And it's our time on this earth

That determines if by He's side we'll have a home

In God's time we return to He's keep

To his hold to take into account

Of all the days that we did keep,

He's word for every action He does count

In God's time we all rest

And forever we remain in that way

So rest well dear rest

It is well cause that's all our way

Forever missed

The Stairs

Our B&B room, 2 flights up,
Was fine for us at first,
Until the freeze arrived and then
Those feelings were reversed.

For when we left our room to get
Some early exercise,
The stairs and handrails wore a coat
Of ice, a real surprise.

We aren’t young and what we knew
Quite strongly in our guts
Was that attempts to get downstairs
Would land us on our butts.

The hosts were not around and so
We waited ‘til we felt
The sun perform its magic
As the ice began to melt.

An hour later, we could leave,
The lesson paramount,
That age has consequences
We must take into account.

"I now wish I had your eyes...it wasn't yours, it never was." By the poet.

Still...
There have been a few too many,
I take into account,
those flatteries, good and plenty,
...that spurt, I do not doubt.

Cause and effect make the river stream flow,
Upward or downward and what beats the path,
Pleasant repertoire or a quid pro quo.

High profilers entertain muffled wrath,
Fewer chips on the table, losers throw,
All the same kind face my Royal Flushed--bath.

No contrast chancing with a quill,
few dotes, and left comments.
Nominal spew mandated nil,
hail those righteous contents.
...still!

Widow Black Bull

The only problem I find with you
as other people apart from not only
just me

Which has been brought up and mentioned
once or twice before

Is that you seldom seem to able to know
where to draw the line

Because you seem to do it for kick's and
revel in the thrill of it

And when you sense the taste of blood

You go in for the kill and tear your
prey apart into tinny fragment pieces

And it always culminates when you are done
with you licking your lips for fun and
garnering as much pleasure from the
final outcome as you can get

And you never seem to regret or wish to seek
forgiveness for however much harm or
damage you cause

And It simply doesn't bother you in the slightest
the fact that all they did was get in your
way or firing line when you were having a bad
or off days

And asking you stop take into account
or consider other people's feelings

Would be just like waving a red cloth in
front of a bill and not expecting subsequent
wrath to follow

Bliss Delivered By a Kind Word

See what to do next to rectify
Don't brood over past losses
Wisely prevent them via wisdom
This is the way to gain success

Surely there will be a fine way
To enable you to end all failures
Once you detect that way to solve
Your happiness is firmly insured

Take into account every advice
But, before implementing them
Use your brain and heart fully
A remedy will then come out

People are eager to give advice
But, it is left to us to take it
We must never lose our peace
By landing into a huge trouble

If we develop an analytical mind
We can take adequate steps rightly
And grab the solution skillfully
To enable us to lead a happy life

Prayer is surely a powerful force
That may equip our mind strongly
If we shrewdly take its support
We can face any hurdle boldly

Efforts and prayer are two oars
By using which we can handle tears
Our bliss is in our possession only
Be aware of it and lead life nicely.

By using which we can cross tears
Our bliss is in our possession only
Be aware of it and lead life nicely.

Rash Thinking Leads To a Crash

Never foolishly regard friends as enemies
If you mistake you may lose true peace
Many will appear wrong to your eyes
But, they will be toward you only nice

Hate none by viewing a single bad act
Please take into account every fact
Out of sudden impulse never behave
Stop behaving like those men in cave

Foolish conclusions make you lose
Only sorrow those blunders produce
Rectify your mind as early as possible
Even the Almighty is not to us visible

Carefully form your opinions wisely
Results may arise indeed very nicely
Quick or rash decisions will mislead
Such outbursts, we really don't need

God has given us reasoning prowess
Let us intelligently use musing process
By analyzing, let us properly conclude
Wit, wisdom and love, let us include.

Dear Man, Scan and Plan

Decide firmly, do not just gamble
You lose, in case you badly fumble
Take an action after deep musing
No chance, you must be losing

Take into account every possibility
And wisely analyze every difficulty
In case you very wrongly calculate
Your success, you easily terminate

Foolishly proceeding without a thought
May make your marks a very big naught
On the other hand, if you deeply scan
Everything will occur as per your plan

By deploying your valuable for vision
If is taken by your every decision
Your success is absolutely assured
From worry-fever, you are cured

Success in life is definitely vital
For your achievement to be total
Take into account each wise point
Let your mind nothing disappoint!

MY LOVE

Tell me so I can hear and remember
Show me so I can see and feel
Hold me so I can smell and touch
Involve me so I can know and understand

Tell me so I can hear and remember
Say or write something pleasing
Show me so I can see and feel
Do little things that means so much

Hold me so I can smell and touch
Draw me in close to you, put your
arms around me with your face close
to mine, seeing me and I seeing you

Involve me so I can know and understand
Include me, count me in and take account
of who I am and my concerns so you do
not assume at all; but understand me.

Let me involve you and count you in too.
Let me take into account who you are
so I do not assume; but understand you.
So we fully know and sense each other.

The Veiled Destiny

The Veiled Destiny
I proposed myself but did not take into account
that it is forbidden to provoke fate,
I set out to reach, discover and contemplate
its origin, birth, or source,
its roots

I tried; I swear!
but I found nothing but madness
and in the endeavor I understood,
that that target
the reason nor the eye could hardly reach it.
the string of a bow;
it never shot an arrow by itself
for that, you need an archer

...But also, permission to hit the dartboard.

Premium Member Think First - Speak Later

The less said the best said, or so I have heard,
Is often the best rule of thumb,
For trouble is wrought more often than not,
By the unguarded human tongue.

For 'tis easier by far to quell the unsaid,
Than to mend a wound opened by candor;
And senseless indeed to ignore the soul's need,
For assurance and welcome not slander.

So take into account your own feelings Friend,
And listen to things that you say.
How would you feel were these things said to you,
Your actions, perchance be repaid?

Premium Member Something Nice

Sitting on a shelf where I belong. The place I've been all my life. You reached out to me and touched me and held me...and I became a part of your life. I was for that moment a reflection of your love. You know that Sally would love me. And you thought of her and how you wished you could reach her. Perhaps this object could save the pain and say your sorry.
Me I'm just an object. I feel nothing. I know nothing. You haver personified my existence and put a heavy burden upon the soulless "Made in China" life. Yeah, I'm cheap. Like most misgiven gifts...I'll stare down from a shelf and ask the question: "What was my purpose", "How do I fit in to the picture".
And then one day I'm in a yard sale. On to the next confused shopper. I am in the end and object of a life wasted on objects that mean nothing.
I'm as close to space as most people get. I move through time without stopping. I know a dimension that even Einstein didn't take into account. I'm the time in your head that thinks you did something nice.

My Heart Chords

My poem I want to write
and encode what is going inside
My poem I want it to rhyme
a soothing melody and not a mime
When I come to my poem's harmony
the words are manipulated artfully
How could mind and heart consent
when the raw in them wouldn’t be vent
I have those syllables to count
the substance I have to take into account
I long to always create a beauty
a piece that bears a great part of me
A great heed of my poesy I take
to pen what is genuine and not fake
A stand I now believe in and share
with poets of true feelings and flair
I learnt how to read and appreciate
and what I don’t feel not to comment
I didn’t work on the form of my musing
but I couldn’t help compose the music
My poem to you I paint its words
a sample for you, my heart chords.

Sariputra and Void

Once Sariputra was attending a sort of book event: a dozen of young writers, men and women, met up on Wednesday of every week and read each other texts upon an actual literature. Sitting across a very open, a very red dress which sounded like reading something out of a story in a fantasy world, Sariputra was thinking about the void.

"This kind of openness does not mean emptiness, - he thought, - particularly, if to take into account "the plunging V-neckline and Empire-line midriff inset in satin with pressed pleats that cleverly accentuates a lovely bustline*". The narrative, in an obvious way, buys its acceptability by its substantive emptiness. If here a form is a simply emptiness and an emptiness is a simply form, should it assume that they both could, say, provide assistance on morally sound bestseller technologies where I have left a void, or waste of a dream, or explain why naught is naughty and why a perfect look matches a perfect emptiness".

The next reader was a girl in grey. Alas, her glasses, zits and her baggy turtleneck was eloquent testimony to her talent. Sariputra sighed and started to leave.
