Premium MemberKnot of the heart

We are not body-mind, we are not this,
concept of ‘I’ being knot of the heart,
which divine grace dissolves, bestowing bliss,
so if God-search we truly wish to start,
shift from ’I’ to ‘we’ deeming none apart.
Feeling deep in our core, bliss beats humming,
we don’t attain but be by becoming.

Premium MemberUlladu Narpadu verse 3

In a quiescent heart, no thoughts arise,
whence although no doubt we dwell in this form,
each life breath then is imbibed in surprise
and as the epicentre of love’s storm,
we’re transfixed in bliss currents cool and warm.
Employing power of bilocation,
we entwine with all of God’s creation,
without any need for us to rehearse,
each heartbeat a joyous celebration,
for we’re one with the entire universe.

he who beholds the light within all the time
whose perception is undifferentiated
breathing in grace betwixt bliss beat’s chime
consciousness fulcrum in the void located

he who dwells in the moment free from fear
vibrant in stillness seeing God everywhere
viewing life as a dream which will disappear
dwelling in the heart as awareness self-aware

he who knows without doubt he is not body-mind
viewing organic form as an earth life interface
flame of bliss magnetism divine aligned
flowing orientation being release and embrace

he who feels from God and existence no distance
empowered with the power of bilocation
within whom there remains no shred of resistance
always remaining immersed in meditation

Nonsectarian
(for Charlie)

A friend asked me recently if I’m still a Buddhist
And I replied no
Without telling him I’m beyond labels.
To me Buddhism and Christianity are no different
In being just different expressions of dharma,
Dharma being Sanskrit for truth.

Today I heard a Buddhist prayer
Of wishing to become the kind of being
Who makes everyone happy to just see.
And I laughed out loud
And thought, “Hell yeah!”
I want to be that kind of person.

And not to just make them happy,
But to laugh, and play, relax and
Loosen the chains
That bind their heart.

I know I’m not that person today,
But I thought of someone who was,
And how all over the world
Those chains are now loosening
And people are feeling strong and free
Even as they cry in grief.

One singular consciousness ensouls all forms,
which we know not since ego is in control
but if with fortitude we weather life’s storms,
making heart quiescent that no thoughts patrol,
our formless presence, with laws of God conforms,
reclaiming light of Self that scriptures extol.
God verily is the light Who lights all lights,
felt as benign bliss magnetism that delights.

Premium MemberIdle musings

Find the source wherefrom thoughts arise
To which end, our will we must bend
That in silence, each breath sunrise
Melding with the void, we ascend

First things first, this truth we must know
Find the source wherefrom thoughts arise
By whose power does our heart glow
Where lies the light that lights our eyes

Life script spun seems a web of lies
We feel we’re in a lucid dream
Find the source wherefrom thoughts arise
In repose atop love’s moonbeam

Staid silence seems the only way
So we cease to weigh, judge and size
Holding patterns of old at bay
Find the source wherefrom thoughts arise

desires exhumed
there’s no cause for action
be this as it may, vibrance heightens
since bliss magnetism grants heart traction

Omnipotence marks His being from the start

Deliverer Who assures us His triumphant part.

A Hand in the Dark

She walked through nights no one noticed
feet heavy, heart heavier.
The silence of the world felt overwhelming.
as if kindness had disappeared.

Then, without warning
someone reached for her...
steady, warm, unexpected.
The road behind her remained,
but she could finally move forward.

For nights she had slipped alone
masking grief with pale smiles
hiding pieces of herself -
that no stranger would ever see.

Her legs ached,
her body protested
and still she whispered:
"this journey is mine alone."

She found a quiet strength,
somewhere along the way.
As she moved forward,
she held one quiet truth:
even when the night is long,
even in the darkest times...
kindness finds its path.

A simple act of care can break through
the darkness,
and the light of a new day comes,
no matter how long the night.

When she finally stops,
she lifts her face to the sun
and carries one truth:
between falling and standing,
she found him...
and the light he gave her
will walk with her forever.

Is religion just a rule book,
whose author’s intent we mistook,
reading not in between the lines,
creating divides hearts can’t brook?

God within us, for our love pines,
waiting for the day our soul shines
but since we dwell not in the heart,
we remain in ego’s confines.

Deeming all one and none apart,
shift to heart is the way to start,
knowing we are eternal light,
to behold which, is a learnt art.

Mind, we took as boon is now blight,
for it veils our aura bright white,
caging us in narrow belief,
dimming our spiritual sight.

Let us choose to turn a new leaf,
giving soul much needed relief,
embracing all, judging no one,
for our sojourn on earth is brief.

Let us here now then come undone,
for we’re the light that lights the sun,
dwelling in God’s heart, one with Him,
spreading love and light, having fun!

Premium MemberAbsolute Self

resting in subjective awareness pure
one without a second, we alone are
living light eternal and heart demure
all worlds are within, not somewhere afar

we dwell in space-time as also beyond
our pristine essence is subtler than space
we are the gong Om to which we respond
we’re both giver and receiver of grace

we are the darkness, we are the sunrise
untouched by contrasts, we alone exist
we conceal then reveal to feel surprise
all hearts pulsate in us as a bliss mist

not this or that, we’re consciousness itself
both the stillness and movement kinetic
we’re the undivided non dual Self
we are love and light, our heart magnetic

know as false, all worlds that are manifest
the pulse dual is but an illusion
thought forms swirl around but we are at rest
as luminescence free from delusion

memory joins the dots in time
akin to illusions replayed
within heart resounds bliss beat’s chime
reminding us that we have strayed

A Light Along the Way

"Sometimes the smallest act of kindness becomes the brightest light along our darkest road."

He is one in a million--
a hand that reached out
when the world was silent,
and when kindness was rare.

Reg(Rej), though we have never met,
I feel your goodness
in the way it touched my path.
When I had nowhere to go,
you were there...
proof that the Lord sends hearts
to lift the fallen when hope runs thin!

For twenty-one nights, I walked alone
smiling at strangers…
never letting them see the weight I carried.

My knees ached,
my feet swollen,
my body trembling on the edge of collapse.
And still I told myself:
no one could run this race for me.

So I pressed forward
clutching courage in the dark,
holding on to the feeble flame of hope
that someone, somewhere
would understand without judgment.

Then came you...
A quiet proof that mercy endures,
that kindness still weaves its way through the dark
and even when the night is heaviest,
daylight will arrive.

When I finally reach my destination..
I will turn my face to the sun
and keep this treasure close:
that somewhere along the way home,
I found you...
and kept you in my heart.

Premium MemberA Measure of Love

I thought to measure love...
Then thought, what heart
puts a limit on the heart?
Does a mother tell a child
not after breakfast
only till noon
after tucking, on you own?

darling I love you
after sex, no hugging

I thought to measure love
then thought

Love, need never to be thought

Love, need not ever be sought

Just Love....

IN AND OF WILLPOWER

Yes, strong willpower
Is a great thing;
But what is willed,
Requires much work
In order to be attained:-
And such work demands creativity,
And truth of the heart and the brain:-
Finally, if such is truly to be fulfilled,
It must indeed be, of God’s holy will:-
