Mesmerized by Love

 On magical night when moon sings
Monarch butterflies dance
There is golden glow to beautiful wings
Wonderful night of romance.

Bella Luna hangs low in midnight sky
Her song just hypnotized
Lovers embrace with enchanted sigh
Moon and Butterflies mesmerize.

Now, is this just a dream or reality?
Ask couple who are ensnared
Passion runs high under fever tree
When love was finally declared.

Girl of My Dreams

Oh, she's beautiful 
She , the only girl who left me, mesmerized .
I sat and watched as she brushed her long
golden hair. She smiled politely at everyone. 
She saw good in everyone. 

Many said she was the daughter of the ocean
as her hair swayed with the waves in perfect harmony.
She would lay on a rock singing with the most beautiful voice , just as I was about to talk to her. I woke up.

So beautiful, incredible!
A true sight to behold
With eyes bluer than sapphire
That capture and enfold
At first sight you'll be silenced
Unable to believe
She's standing in your presence 
Her image you'll perceive
A princess there in person
Lighting up the room 
And when she walks beside you
Note hints of sweet perfume
I'll trace her with my fingers
Laying side by side
For All You Give 
I Choose You
Everything to Hide

Am I Dreaming

Beguiled by her delicate beauty
Mesmerized by her charm.
Her soft flowing hair like spun gold,
as she danced in the summer sun,
As graceful as a floating feather.
Brighter than a diamond, the sparkle in her eye, 
her smile set my heart on fire,
Her voice as melodious as a symphony,
She remodeled my style and changed my looks ,
Turned me into something she chose me to be,
And incredibly decided that I suited her perfectly.

Mesmerized by the Monarch's flight
Flutter and swirling in the air
It danced around me so light
WIth happiness in its flare

it landed close to me a lot
Circling around me today
Taking rests in each peaceful spot
I watched it lift me on its way

My head turned with each move made
Such celebration to see
Not a reason to be afraid 
Mesmerized by serenity

My friend went along it's journey
Leaving me standing in its wake
Altered by swirling memory
With nothing left at stake

Mesmerized Life

Northern wind drifts winter chill away,  
lifts the mist from my meadow grey.  

Ivory cloud floats in majestic style
from the sunburst horizon 
across the sapphire sky.

The seamless sky called life sparkles in spring, 
in beguiled breeze flits a butterfly free. 
I weave lattice of my soul on its wing, 
my garden blossoms all seasons for me.

buds unfurl hued charm
fragrance sails in rippling air…
songbird finds lost tune

Morey Mouse made merry,
Mollifying Mallory’s Mama,
Maybe mixing mammoth metaphors

Marvelously mystical, Marmaduke mimed
mingling, meshing, ‘mogrifying magical mites,
Measuring muskrats minding miniature minnows

Meddlesome merrymakers, Mr. Mumbsly mentioned, miffed.
Mesmerized minions made millions, merely making mincemeat.

Mesmerized In Vapors

Acres upon acres of snow white clouds
Lie beyond our air flight window
Spans from horizon to horizon
As wide as we are high;
Bumpy clouds with ridges and valleys
Whiter than the white sands of Destin,
If only I could step out and walk
On those billows of brillian white fluff, then
When tired, I could lie down in a ridge
And pull a portion of cloud under my head
And pull another over me for warmth-
Ah, but that is impossible I think!
This airplane flies through the thick vapors so
The clouds would not hold me while suspended
six miles high above earth:
Yet, Jesus will return one day*
On an white horse riding on a cloud
What a day that will be_

Sometimes I’m mesmerized by person or thing,
while knowing its a fixation, still to it, I cling.
Thoughts of an iced tea on a hot humid day,
to quench my thirst in a satisfying way.
Or a memory that lingers from a distant past,
That leaves me saddened and feeling downcast
Each day I try keeping these emotions repressed,
But today, the world situation, has me depressed.

Mesmerized :: the Relaxed Sonnet

Yes, we spoke till midnight
shared heartfelt thought.
Your glance watched with delight;
there's no rethought.
Realize you aright,
I feel your thought.

Your gesture speaks feelings
I realize.
Your look, I know meaning
I'm not surprised.
No, I'm not concealing
felt mesmerized.

Even when you're silent, I constantly
get your communication instantly.

Amazing Love

And that amazing feeling
     Runs deep to chest cavities
   A look in your eyes
     I run out of brevities
   
   Alternate universe spiralling within them
     I find missing essence of soul
  Mapping starry emotions for you

   From love's sixteen dew drops
  I dance in the rain
   In staggered tempo my heart throbs

   Found as needle in haystack
