Remember This

All the things I said to you
Were from the deepest depths inside
Count each and every one as true
From all but you those things I hide
And should it be my life spans long
Your cozy cabin in the wood
Is where I'll wait to hear your song
Until I close my eyes for good

Just Because

Just because I don't post
Doesn't mean I don't write
Just because I don't publish
I still have dreams at night
Just because it's unspoken
Doesn't mean that I don't
Just because you won't say it
Doesn't mean that I won't
Just because I may want to
Doesn't mean that I would
Just because I still love you
Doesn't mean that I should
The things that we want
Sometimes we don't get
Just because we don't see
The plan fully yet
There's no harm in keeping
The flame still alive
In case I do make it
To one hundred and five

Premium Member I't Still Hurts

Years have passed since i lost you
It seemed like forever that I cried
It still hurts when i think about you
And how your love for me died

I should have seen It coming
With all the wrong that I done
I took your love for granted
Showing you I wasn't the one

I can still see you drive away
As clear today as back then
And each time it never fails
It breaks my heart once again

I believe I would love you better
If I could love you once more
But i know i would again fail
Leaving your heart broken and sore

Yeti

Years are dragging by, without having you here;
Every fiber of my being wants you holding me near.
Through time and space, eternity, our ties shall never sever;
In these words you know my truth, "I love you Always and Forever."

PROMISES

My Love promises are to honor and be true, and never make me blue.
My Love makes promises that are so beautiful they make my heart pump with intense excitement.
Excitement of love and life, that make all of my fears take flight. Like the birds flying around, I feel like I am floating on air.
Like the wings of love are in flight, making everything look like sweet delight.
Love with promises are so nice, they make life have a path that we follow through all of life’s journeys.
Love is so special, it finds us in ways only God intended. Making each of us have so many special moments, bringing us to our forever love.
May all of our moments in this life, make our days sweet as my love makes me feel.
Prayers to God, today and always.

Premium Member Your ability

I talked to you tonight
And even over the phone
You force it all to disappear
And it becomes us all alone

No other people or problems
Nothing but us exist then
Floating on a cloud with you
Earth feels as if its heaven

How is it you're able to do this
To me it's fully a mystery
There's nothing but your love
In life that can sustain me

-the lover in you-

i remember the day love was found,
you and i were all the world had to offer-
when two hearts were love bound,
both listening to the thumping sound
of hearts given to each other-
no-
i’ll never find another lover-
        like you.

i thought of our youthful desire,
and how you touched my soft scars
under moonlit teenage stars-
now these lines on my face still yearn
for those gentle hands of fire,
melting into my soul, I feel it burn,
yet they still touch with ease,
i’m begging you, never stop--- p l e a s e...

i craved a garden,
you planted a seed-
a heart that was hardened,
still a heart in need.

forever was granted so long ago,
and you vowed to never let me go.

i needed you then,
i need you now, still-
    for i’ll always need….
                 the lover in you.

Distance Between Us Is But A Glimpse Of The Moon

I search the heavens for a trace of you,
Only to find your shadow in the lunar glow.
Its silver gaze stirs memories anew,
A lantern lit for hearts, only those longing...know.

Though oceans swell and continents divide,
Time has sealed the pathways we once knew,
Yet the moon still carries whispers to my side—
Distance between us is but a glimpse of the moon.

It shines for both, though miles apart we stand,
A bridge of light no darkness can erase.
I reach for you with memory’s gentle hand,
And touch your soul within that glowing face.

So long as moonlight crowns the endless skies,
Our love endures, where death itself denies.

Premium Member I Love You

I bought you star shaped lillies of blue,
just to tell you that I love you.

Dirty shoe steps

Your shoes are getting shabby
over time and the story that has been spun
Do you still remember the drawing paper and brush?
I painted the colors that were dark at the time
Then we drew together
In flowing, abstract strokes

Ahh, I remember so well
The field across from our classroom
15 years old in the drizzle
The first piece of cake you took from my hand
And a book that made us dizzy

We were still so young
With hearts clean and untainted by love
Still pure in the grip of friendship

Will you remember it well?
Two young people now fragile in adulthood
And if I reach out
To just be friends again
At least we won't fall into despair

Count 20

I'll run again at 20
If that's what you want
I can play in the rain on the asphalt
Without the soothing petrichor
If 20 minutes without your shadow ever existed
I'll cry my eyes out
Then laugh again
No longer able to use metaphors
In romantic stories
Sarcastic erases so much
Let's breathe a sigh of relief
We're no longer at the end of the road
But truly at the end
Not waving in a single word
Turning back into isolation

Premium Member A Beacon of Warmth

A force of nature, with a heart so grand,
She walked this earth, a light in the land.
Our Auntie Dana, fierce and free,
Like the hammerhead shark she loved to see.

She navigated life's deepest, darkest seas,
Finding solace and strength on her bended knees.
In the Bible, her compass, she found her way,
Guiding her through each and everyday.

For her three boys, her love knew no bound,
In their triumphs, her greatest joy was found.
Then came the grandkids, a new chapter to start,
Each one a treasure held close to her heart.

Aunt to so many and mother to all,
With laughter and cheer,
she banished our sorrows, our every fear.
Her witty humor, her infectious grin,
A beacon of warmth, from deep within.

Though she faced tempests and trials unkind.
A beautiful spirit, she left behind.
So let her memory live, a whisper on the breeze,
Among the vibrant, sunlit, whispering trees.
A testament to a beautiful, brave, and loving heart,
From which we never, ever, have to part.

Love you Aunt Dana, We will miss you!

LOVE FORGIVE

Love forgive and let go of all the negative feelings, they weight on life and give us no rest.
Love forgive, and feel good, do not carry heavy thoughts in your heart for they are no good.
Love forgive, let it go, do not let it keep you in a bad mood.
Love forgive and open up your heart, let it heal and make you feel well.
Love forgive and do it for you, let peace and joy grow and make the day feel swell.
Love forgive, let love grow, and let the bad go and never grow.
Love forgive for love is the key to all your joy and sweet memories.
Love you forever my love, may your day be as lovely as you are my sweet.
Lifting prayer to God, today and always.

The beggers prayers

Ye barron lands
I take a glance
Might the whispers
Accompany me
Winters may come
I stand
I fall
My troubled soul
What untangles me
Some may wish
Some may pray
In this world
What do the troubled say
Look to thee
Might the nought undermined
Sweet the gesture
Which appeared warm
and kind
Look to the rainbow
If thyn believes
To morn the fallen
To let folk grieve
People long
From generation to generation
Suffer not
In such a
Complications
Jesus, Jesus
Might my troubled
Soul wonder
The river of Jordan
The troubles I'm under
Jesus, Jesus
Restorest me
All that are submissive
Are lovers to me

Complicated
By those who gesture
Might the bliss of
Coupling
Be thyn measure
Before he neath
To ask one to
Marry
The troubles
Of entanglement
The scorns
I carry burdens of faithfulness
Ought not not
Empead us to marry
Jesus, my Jesus
The threasthold
He carries
Procreate the doom of
Those of those
Against us
Jesus, Jesus
Might my wants of
Marriage have me
Jesus, my Jesus
Can I prosper
In praydom
Speak you as Saviour
Might my just rights come
Jesus:Jesus
My troubled soul
My selfish wantings
Oh Lord take
Controll

Lines Composed a Few Feet Outside the ICU August 28th 2025

There will be time enough later
To explore the undiscovered country.
Stay with me a while yet, on these familiar shores;
Let us continue to gather, together, what sweetnesses that are here to be had,
For without you, there are no sweetnesses
