Jumping quickly
out
of known security
into
animation, suspended
above
hard reality
in
momentless time.

Gliding smoothly
through
unknown thoughts
past
unlimited dreams
near
unlived fantasy.

Landing finally
midst
broken dreams
of
desired wishes.

Reflecting quickly
upon
what could have been.

Knowing it never was.

KNOWING WHERE TO LOOK

I am grateful for knowing 
despite how long it took..
that discovering many of life’s answers
depends on where I look.

It turns out it is not nearly as difficult as it seems….
Looking outside myself 
I find all the wonders of the world
Looking inside myself 
I find my wishes…hopes and dreams.

Knowing The End Affects The Now - 1 Thessalonians 5: 1-11

God's word declares that the end will come
to know that Jesus will return
this is for the believer's comfort
believing your pleas, He won't spurn

Living here in the here and now
affects our endeavours to serve
looking upwards to the great day
turns us to follow on full of nerve

Remind ourselves of Jesus' sacrifice
dying in our place for our salvation
rising

Knowing Heart

There’s a knowing in your heart
There’s a kindness growing
There’s a truth right from the start
The vows you made are sowing

The seeds of goodness promise
A better way of life
The songs of promise mesmerize
The darkest depths of strife

Listen to your heart, listen to your soul
Let your true-nature guide you
Through the delusions of this world
Endure with kindness, clarity

The Circle of Knowing

The circle turns, its edges smooth
A line that holds, yet... a line that soothes.

Its center still, its purpose clear
A timeless truth that gently... draws us near.

For to walk the circle is to see
The Self as part of infinity.
       
Its path unbroken, round and true
It holds the many, yet... speaks

A Time Of Being And Knowing

a hush swept through the room
     like a draft sliding under an old door
slowly it made its presence known
     until our awareness was undeniable
our minds were frozen in a different state and time
a time of being and knowing

She Was Never Born, She Simply Returned

She did not fall—
She flowed.
From the breathless stars to the edge of form,
She shimmered between sound and silence,
Becoming light before becoming skin.
She walked the void barefoot,
Carving paths in places the sky forgot,
Speaking in colors the earth hadn’t learned to see.
She was music before voice,
Fire before flame,
Knowing before name.

In lives long buried in salt and smoke,
She

Knowing

He wanted to uncover the truth,  
but he never anticipated the path he would take—  
the one that led him to his nightmare,  
the one that revealed the other self.  
He understood what he sought to know,  
That sometimes the truth is the darkness hidden within the chamber.

All Knowing

Although our universe seems 
To be mostly wide open space, 
Is it actually an entity 
With a personality and face?  

All golden, 
All glowing, 
All seeing, 
All knowing.

Knowing

An infant knows its mother
by scent and breath

a mother knows her twins
they only fool themselves

God knows us by the color
of our souls, every shade,
dent and chip -- 

No one knows us better

than the IRS!

Price Of Knowing

I have learned that hate is stronger
and lasts longer than love.
I have learned that those who 'forgive
and forget' are often made to regret.
I have learned to heal and to cope
you don't need a ray of hope.

I have learned that smiles which lie
can let you die.

KNOWING WHAT TO CARE ABOUT

May we be blessed across this world, our country, 
our cities, our towns and in our own neighborhood…
Not to be those people who care about those things in life we shouldn’t…
but be the ones who care about those things in life we should.

The all-knowing eye

Looking deeper than boundaries of skin,
we recognise God’s light in every form,
as light eternal, deep in heart within,
as the vital force which keeps bodies warm,
field of love and light, with which we conform.
God then is the source, that lights every light
and this knowing bestows spherical sight,
that thus both immanent and transcendent,
suffused with rapture of bliss

GRATEFUL FOR KNOWING WHAT IT TAKES TO B A DAD

This Father’s day I’m grateful for remembering a truth that’s ironclad…
How any man can father a child…
but it takes time, energy love and patience
for that man to become a Dad.
