Darkness
It breeds in my chest
Suffocating
The light
It's hard
Suffering every ragged breath
Knowing
You're gone
I come to you
Like a ritual
On the same hour
10 pm
Knowing we share the same love
Witches chasing love for the moon.
I look in the mirror-
Face is numb,
Not knowing what I’ve become.
And to relive that horror,
Leaves me as a nightmare.

A horse with blinkers
To avoid the distractions
On the road to dreams.
Knowing others were chosen
He races on, unbroken
he reached out to me
threw me a buoy
and i let it bounce off me
knowing i was drowning

A boggling thought
