Any form is acceptable. If you want to do an Ode or Ottava Rima thats okay too. Title is theme chosen plus 2 words

Submit one only of your chosen form. Format your poem. Please make your entry easy to read and neat — check spelling, grammar, rhyming, syllables. Must be in English. Adding the sponsor name and contest to me is respectful but optional.
